MEETING GOD AND CHRIST ALONG THE WAY I met God I met Jesus In the depths Of my life WHEN my body was broken My finances were broken And in the midst Of a broken relationship That is what Jesus does HE MEETS US He encourages us To KEEP going on In the midst Of our brokenness In fact The more broken We are The MORE He can do with us “LOVE and faithfulness Meet together; Righteousness and PEACE kiss each other” Psalm 85:10 MEETING God and Christ ALONG THE WAY Gives us HOPE For this journey We call life That is what Jesus did For Mary Magdalene SHE of the 7 sins That is what Jesus did For the apostles (minus one) And that is what Jesus Did for Saint Paul God and Jesus Gave them ALL HOPE for the journey And they all In turn ENCOURAGE US “Let us NOT give up Meeting together As some Are in the habit Of doing But let us ENCOURAGE one another- And all the MORE As you see the day approaching” Hebrews 10:25 Jesus SHOWS us the path GUIDES our every step And TRANSFORMS our fear Into trust We have to REALIZE That life NEVER sorts itself out All at once We must PATIENTLY WAIT For God and Christ To meet us And show us the way “You too BE PATIENT and stand firm Because the Lord’s coming IS NEAR” James 5:8 BE patient UNTIL the Lord returns For when You MEET God and Christ ALONG THE WAY Along life’s journey It makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE Robert P.
