THE CALLING OF JESUS
Jesus CALLS each one of us
In this MODERN DAY world
Each one of us
Has a DECISION to make=
Will we ANSWER the call?
Or will we
Refuse it?
"Jesus BEGAN to reproach
The towns
Where most of his
Mighty DEEDS had been done
Since they
Had NOT repented"                                                                                                Matthew 11:20
Jesus is deeply SENSITIVE
To cold-HARDENED HEARTS=
His life and his TEACHINGS reveal that
Who among us
Likes to be REJECTED?
Not I=Jesus was NO DIFFERENT
So answer the CALLING
Of Jesus
The CALLING of Jesus
Asks us to repent
And to EXPERIENCE the
Love and MERCY of God
If we do not=
Like the TOWNS above
We will have ABANDONED GOD
And be forsaken
Won't you ANSWER
The CALL of Jesus
With me
In this modern day
21st century?
"The Lord is NEAR
To all
Who CALL on him
To all
Who CALL on him
In truth"                                                                                                                              Psalm 145:18
"........THESE I will bring
To my holy mountain
And give them JOY
In my house of prayer
Their burnt offerings
And sacrifices
Will be ACCEPTED
On my altar
For my house
Will be CALLED
A house of prayer
For all nations"                                                                                                            Isaiah 56:7
"With this in mind
We constantly
PRAY for you
That OUR God may make you
Worthy=of his CALLING
And that by his POWER
He my bring to fruition
Your every desire
For GOODNESS
And your every deed
Prompted by FAITH"                                                                                                        2 Thessalonians 1:11
Our Jesus is CALLING
On us=the women and men
Of the 21st century
He still CALLS on us
To FOLLOW him
For he is the SOURCE
Of good and LASTING LIFE
To refuse the CALL
Of Jesus=is to turn our back
On EVERLASTING LIFE
ANSWER Jesus' call=
Follow him wherever
He may CALL you/call me/
Call us
ANSWER THE CALL
And FOLLOW HIM
In the names of Jesus and the DIVINE-EVERLASTING LOVE
