OUT OF LOVE FOR YOU!
(ME and US)!


God sent his Son Jesus
To be the EXAMPLE
For all of us


To show us=HOW=life
Was meant to be LIVED


HIS words and actions
Are the MODEL for
ALL of us


He is the EXAMPLE and
He did it=OUT of LOVE
For you=for me=
And for ALL OF US!


“For GOD so LOVED
The world=that he GAVE
His only SON


So that everyone who BELIEVES
In him=might NOT PERISH


But might have ETERNAL LIFE” John 3:16


Our POSITIVE RESPONSE=to Jesus
And his model for us=is to FOLLOW HIM
And the actions of Jesus
OUT OF LOVE


He did it=OUT OF LOVE
For you=for me=for US
Our job=is to FOLLOW him
No matter what the COST


“Surely your goodness
And love=will FOLLOW ME


ALL the days
Of my life


And I will dwell
In the house
Of the Lord=FOREVER” Psalm 23:6


“Then Jesus said
To his disciples=
'WHOEVER wants
To be my disciple


Must deny themselves
And take up their cross
And FOLOW ME'” Matthew 16:24


“My sheep listen to
My voice
I know them
And they FOLLOW ME” John 10:27


Jesus' death
On the cross
REVEALED the depth of his love
For us=and so PROVED
That love sometimes
Has a very STEEP COST


But OUT OF LOVE=for you=
For me=he did it
And out of OUR LOVE=
For him=we must follow him
And CARRY our cross too


And his RESURRECTION showed us
That we will be
TRANSFORMED=out of our love
For him=and for OTHERS too


“And we all
WHO with unveiled faces
Contemplate the Lord's glory


Are being TRANSFORMED
Into his IMAGE


With ever-increasing glory
Which comes from the Lord
Who is the SPIRIT” 2 Corinthians 3:18


“And we eagerly AWAIT
A SAVIOR from there
The Lord Jesus Christ


Who by the POWER
That enables him
To bring everything
Under his control


Will TRANSFORM our lowly bodies
So that they will be
Like his GLORIOUS BODY” Philippians 3:20-21


The really GOOD NEWS
Is that by Jesus ACCEPTING
His cross=OUT OF LOVE FOR US=
Led to HIS RESURRECTION


And if we ACCEPT our cross=
It will be the SAME for us
In LIFE


Dear Lord=Dear Jesus=help us to
FOLLOW in your footsteps
And BELIEVE in the PROMISE
Of RESURRECTED LIFE
