GET TO WORK!

GET TO WORK!


WHEN we think
About what is
GOING ON
In this world


It is easy to
DESPAIR=to give up


But when we
Have FAITH in God
Faith in the
The Lord up above
And are WILLING to work


We know we can
Get things done


GET TO WORK!


“And take courage
All you people
Of the land
Says the Lord
AND WORK!” Haggai 2:4


In the first reading today
The prophet Haggai
Of the Lord


GIVES us a pep talk-
A kick in the pants
And tells us
To get TO WORK!


We can't afford to
Give up
We can't afford
To despair
We have to get to WORK
On BUILDING


The KINGDOM of the Lord
For we know
The LORD is with us
Now and FOREVER


“Then Jesus
Came to them
And said


'All AUTHORITY in heaven
And on earth
Has been given
To me


Therefore go and make disciples
Of all nations
Baptizing them


In the name
Of the Father
And of the SON
And of the Holy Spirit


And teaching them
To obey everything
I have commanded you


And SURELY
I am with you-ALWAYS
To the VERY END
Of the age'” Matthew 28:18-20


It is NOT ENOUGH
To say that Jesus=lived
Died=and SAVED US


It is UP to us
To bring his name ALIVE
To make the world alive
IN LOVE


In our very own
LITTLE CORNER
Of the world


GET TO WORK!


We can't live in the past
We can't live
On past glories
We have to PUT OUR HOPE
And our trust
In the LORD UP ABOVE


And WORK very hard
In bringing HIS WORD
TO LIFE


“Heaven and earth
Will pass away
But MY WORDS
Will NEVER PASS AWAY” Matthew 24:35


Often times
OUR human-made plans
Will NOT work out


Or we may NOT
See the fruit
Of our work


Nevertheless we KNOW
God has already TRIUMPHED
And his kingdom
WILL LAST FOREVER


GET TO WORK!


In Jesus' name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING FATHER!
