JESUS FACED THE DARK TIMES TOO


We and OUR FAMILY
Face dark times
During our life


But we HAVE
To keep on HOPING
In the Lord


We have to keep LIVING
In hope
KNOWING Jesus
FACED the darkness too


“Jesus said
To his disciples


'Pay attention
To what I am
TELLING YOU


The Son of MAN
Is to be handed
Over to men'


But they
Did not understand........


And they were afraid
To ask him
About the saying” Luke 9:44-45


Jesus was busy
Winning followers=and spreading
The WORD OF GOD


But he KNEW it
Would not end well


“PAY ATTENTION”
He warns his disciples
But they did NOT UNDERSTAND


Jesus FACED the
Darkness too=just as we
ALL have to FACE DARKNESS
In our very own lives


“You Lord
Keep my lamp burning


My God turns my DARKNESS
INTO LIGHT” Psalm 18:28


“Woe to those
Who call evil good
And good evil


Who put DARKNESS for light
And light for darkness


Who put bitter for sweet
And sweet for bitter” Isaiah 5:20


But we have
The BENEFIT OF TIME
We have the ability
To see Jesus' darkness


How it turned out ALRIGHT
For the benefit
Of us all


Jesus CONQUERED death and darkness
We can conquer
The darkness too


We can LIVE
FOREVER in the Lord


Sin and suffering ABOUND
In this world
But we can LIVE IN PEACE


KNOWING that Jesus
PROMISED US
He would be with us
When we FACE
The dark night


Lord=help us to
LISTEN to you=to pay
ATTENTION to you
And trust in you


“We must pay
The most CAREFUL ATTENTION


Therefore to what
We have heard
So that


We do NOT drift away” Hebrews 2:1


Dear Lord=please be with us
When we FACE
The DARK NIGHT
Of our lives


And TURN our darkness
Into light


In the name of Jesus=and in the name=of our FOREVER BRIGHT FATHER
