A GOD OF LIFE=A GOD OF LOVE=
AND=A GOD OF JOY
It makes ME SAD
WHEN I think about
What is going on in
This country=and this WORLD
Fighting among ourselves=
OVER politics-over race-
And EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN
We were NOT taught this way
By our God=the Holy Father
To live this way
Our God=is the GOD
Of the LIVING=not death
Our God is a God
OF LOVE=not hate
And our God=
IS a GOD OF JOY!
Let us BREED these things
With our lives=and let us
RESPECT OTHERS’ opinions=even
IF they are different
Than our own=
If they are brought to us
IN a respectful way
“…….I am the GOD of Abraham-
The God of Isaac-and
The God of Jacob
He is not=
The God of the dead=
BUT OF THE LIVING”
Matthew 22:32
Let us always REMEMBER
That very fact=
We live=because
OUR GOD LIVES=our Jesus lives
And we are MADE
To love our God=
And to love each other
Because our very God
LOVED US FIRST!
So we should love him
And love EACH OTHER
“We LOVE
Because he first LOVED US”
1 John 4:19
“And now dear lady
I am not writing you
A new command
But one=we have had
From the beginning=
I ask that we
LOVE ONE ANOTHER”
2 John :5
And it makes me SAD
That so many of us
WALK around=with our heads held low=
And living OFF OF HATRED
Ready to LIVE JOY=at
A moment’s notice
We worship=A GOD OF JOY!
A God of singing and dancing
“Fill my heart WITH JOY=
When their grain=and new wine abound”
Psalm 4:7
“Light in a messenger’s eyes
BRINGS JOY=to the heart=
And good news=
Gives health to the bones”
Proverbs 15:30
My dear brothers and sisters=
Don’t live
With your heads=held down
BE HAPPY=live your life
With love=and joy=our dear God
Is ALL of these things
We worship=A GOD OF LIFE=
A GOD OF LOVE=and
A GOD OF JOY!
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER
LIVING-loving-Holy Father God!
