US AGAINST OURSELVES

Were you AS IMPRESSED

As I was

With the EFFORT=Tiger Woods

Made IN the Masters?

 

It was OBVIOUS-

He was IN PAIN

And not the golfer

He once was

 

But it wasn’t about that

It was about

DOING THE BEST that he could

Making the effort

US AGAINST OURSELVES!

 

Just like Jesus was

On MOUNT CALVARY 2,000 years ago

Falling down

But getting BACK UP=again and again

There are MIRACLES

In just making the effort

 

“MAKE EVERY EFFORT

To enter through=the narrow door

 

Because many=I tell you

Will try=to enter

And will NOT be able to”                                                                                   Luke 13:24

 

“It does not therefore-

Depend on human desire=OR EFFORT

But on God’s mercy”                                                                                                    Romans 9:16

 

It was OBVIOUS

That Tiger

Was NOT the golfer

That he once was=

But he is=A BETTER PERSON

For it

 

The LESSON for us=dear friends

Is the SAME

None of us

Are the same people=that we were

But are we BETTER PEOPLE

For it

 

We are=IF

We are continuing to

PRAISE the Lord

And if we are

GROWING in the Lord

US AGAINST OURSELVES!

 

Keep fighting the good fight

MAKE THE EFFORT!

 

“MAKE EVERY EFFORT

To keep the unity

Of the Spirit

Through the bond of peace”                                                                                                 Ephesians 4:3

 

“For this very reason

MAKE EVERY EFFORT

 

To add to your faith-goodness=

Goodness-knowledge=and to knowledge-

Self-control=and to self-control-perseverance……..”                                                              2 Peter 1:5

 

Jesus TAUGHT us all

How it was

ONCE and for all

2,000 years ago

He is is my HERO!

 

And Tiger is MORE

Of a hero today=to me

Than he ever was before

 

And PRAISE be

To the eventual winner

For THANKING the Good Lord

And PRAISING=his name

For his victory

 

MY FRIENDS=none of us

ARE who we were

 

But as long as

We keep=MAKING THE EFFORT

We are NUMBER ONE

With the Lord=and number one with me

 

It is=US AGAINST OURSELVES

And LIVING IN THE LORD

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ever living Holy Father God=

Who is the ULTIMATE VICTOR!
