NOT WHAT THIS APPEARS!

 

What is GOING ON=with Jesus?=the

STORY of his death=and ENDING=is NOT

WHAT THIS APPEARS!=it is to BE A NEW

BEGINNING=it is to be=A STORY OF HOPE

For all of us=for NEW AND ETERNAL LIFE!

 

“Jesus went out=with his disciples=Across the

Kidron valley=to WHERE there was a garden……..”                                                                  John 18:1

 

The story of Jesus’ PASSION=begins and ends=IN

A GARDEN=Jesus’ story=Jesus’ MISSION OF HOPE=

APPEARS to end in ugliness=pain= and HIS DEATH=but

We must REMEMBER=ALL things are not what they=

APPEAR TO BE=NEW HOPE

New LIFE=that goes on forever=LOOK beneath the ugliness

Look for the BEAUTY of this story=It doesn’t end

With the CROSS=and our stories=DO NOT END

With our crosses

 

All things are=NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR=to be=BENEATH

The ugliness=is THE BEAUTY=as seen in=ALL the love

That Jesus had for us=NOT WHAT THIS APPEARS=it is

A STORY OF HOPE=New BEGINNINGS are coming

This is=NOT what it appears to BE=it is

The STORY OF LIFE=not death

 

“IN THE BEGINNING=God created the heavens and=

The earth”                                                                                                                                   Genesis 1:1

 

“IN THE BEGINNIG=was the WORD=and

The WORD=was with God=and the Word=was God

He was with God=IN THE BEGINNING”                                                                            John 1:1-2

 

“He said to me=’It is done=I am the Alpha=and

The Omega=THE BEGINNING=and the End=to

 

The thirsty= I will give water=without cost from=

The spring of=the water of LIFE”                                                                                       Revelation 21:6

 

Jesus’=life=death=and RESURRECTION=is

A sign of LIFE=a sing of HOPE=for all of us=The

Ending=and his death is=NOT WHAT THIS APPEARS!

It is Hope=It is ETERNAL LIFE=New life is COMING

 

“May those=who fear you REJOICE=when

They see me=for I have put MY HOPE=

In your word”                                                                                                                                      Psalm 119:74

 

“For everything=that was written=in the past

Was written to teach us=so that through=

The endurance=Taught in the Scriptures=

 

And the encouragement they provide=we

Might have=NEW HOPE”                                                                                                   Romans 15:4

 

“Now faith is confidence=in what=WE HOPE FOR=

And assurance about=What we do not see”                                                                      Hebrews 11:1

 

Jesus’ story is=NOT WHAT IT APPEARS!=to be

And OUR LIVES=no matter what we are=living through=are

NOT what they appear=to be either

 

For=THE TEACHINGS OF Jesus=the life=death and

RESURRECTION=teaches us that

 

THE UGLINESS=of this world=will not have

The final say=The story=OUR STORIES TOO

Do not end in death=but in NEW LIFE=

NEW ETERNAL LIFE!

 

Death=does NOT have the final say=IF

We are RIGHT with Jesus=and the Holy Father God

Our lives are=NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR!=to be

The POSSIBILITY of endless and ETERNAL life

Is right there for=All of us=IF

WE DO INDEED BELIEVE!

 

NOT WHAT THIS APPEARS!=

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING Holy Father God!
