A BRAND NEW YOU AND ME

A BRAND NEW YOU AND ME


YES it is TIME-for-
A BRAND NEW you and me


A time to COMMIT to God
Or-in case you have SLIPPED away-
A time to recommit
To a BRAND new you


Yes-this is LENT my friends
What better time to GROW
CLOSER to God and to Jesus


“A clean heart CREATE-for me-
O God-
And a STEADFAST spirit
RENEW within me” Psalm 51:12


Do you WANT a clean heart
And a steadfast spirit
This Lent?


GIVE your life back to God
Give your life BACK to Jesus


Who wants
Better and greater things
In your life-than them?


“The one who has
Clean hands and a PURE HEART


Who does NOT trust
In an idol-or swear-
By a false God” Psalm 24:2


Yes-it is TIME-
Time for a brand NEW you
And me


Time for us to
Recommit to God-and
If we haven't
Make God NUMBER ONE
Again in our lives


NO false idols here
NOT money=not sex or lust
NOT even science
God is in CONTROL


“WHO can say
'I have KEPT my heart PURE
I am clean
And without sin?” Proverbs 20:9


Of course-NONE of us-
Can say that


The BEST that we CAN SAY
IS that we have TURNED our lives
Over to God


OVER to Jesus


WE have RECOMMITTED to God-
To Jesus-
THEY are number 1
IN our lives


Our psalmist knows this
He BELIEVES GOD CAN-
God DOES-help us RENEW
Our spirit


He believes
God can WASH or clean us
With his tears of MERCY
For us


It IS a bumpy ride
But WITH GOD number one in our lives-
Number 1 in our SPIRIT
We can make it


We can LIVE
With a renewed spirit


There can be
A BRAND NEW YOU
A brand new ME


“Bur those who HOPE
In the Lord
Will RENEW their strength


They will SOAR
On wings-like EAGLES


They will run and NOT
Grow weary
They will walk
And not grow faint” Isaiah 40:31


Dear Lord=WE PRAY for
Two things=A clean heart
And a steadfast spirit


PLEASE CREATE in us=
BRAND NEW YOU'S
BRAND NEW ME'S


For you are NUMBER 1
In our HEART TODAY


HAPPY LENT!=I LOVE YOU ALL!
