TRUSTING IN
THE PROMISES OF GOD


Jesus has LIVED and died
For ALL of us
TRUST in the PROMISES
Of God


Things happen in our life
That TURN our world upside down
BOTH positive and negative


We get an UNEXPECTED health diagnosis-
Or experience a MIRACLE RECOVERY
Or we experience a financial
Set back or breakthrough
Or we are HURT UNEXPECTEDLY
In a relationship-or MEET
That special someone


Things happen in our lives
That turn our world UPSIDE DOWN


“MAY it be done to me
ACCORDING to your word'
Then the ANGEL
DEPARTED from her” Luke 1:38


TODAY we CELEBRATE
The Annunciation-when the ANGEL-
Gabriel-appeared to Mary-


And tells her-she is to be
The MOTHER OF GOD-
The mother of the BABY JESUS


He tells her-NOT to be afraid-
He tells her-NOTHING-
Is impossible for God


I wonder WHERE Mary-was-
At that time in her life
She had to be a SCARED 15 year old


And how about us-
HOW are we going to RESPOND
When God-when the ANGEL GABRIEL
CALLS on us


Will we like Mary-say-
“Let it be done=
ACCORDING to thy WORD” Luke 1:38


For what better PRIVILEGE-is there
To be CALLED BY GOD


Will we have the FAITH to:
TRUST in the PROMISES OF GOD?


“LET him not deceive himself
By TRUSTING what is worthless


For he will get NOTHING
In return” Job 15:31


TRUST in God
Trust in the Lord
Trust in the PROMISES OF GOD


His love-his forgiveness-
HIS kindnesses are FOREVER


“They will have NO FEAR
Of bad news


Their heart are STEADFAST
TRUSTING in the Lord” Psalm 112:7


“STOP TRUSTING in mere humans
Who have but a breath
In their nostrils


WHY hold them in esteem?” Isaiah 2:22


MANY years ago
I made a BLOOD PROMISE
To “LIVE for my family, my friends,
And for ALL people everywhere”


Despite some ROUGH TIMES-
I am STILL believing-still trusting-
In God


And God is leading me-
I TRUSTED in the PROMISES of God


Mary said YES
To the ANGEL Gabriel


How can we go wrong?-
Following the CALL OF GOD


God is all good
God is ALL LOVE
God is all forgiveness


Say “YES” to the PROMISES
Of God


And when it comes time
For the ANGEL to leave
Just like he had to leave Mary


REMEMBER to KEEP
On TRUSTING in
THE PROMISES OF GOD
