GOD WORKS THROUGH YOU AND ME


The most POWERFUL prayer
That we can say to the Lord-
IS-”USE ME”


If we do this-REST ASSURED-
That he will
GOD WORKS through
You and me


MANY people in this world-
Are WEIGHED down
By what they think
The THEOLOGY of God is-
Or should be


The ESSENCE of the theology of God
Is simple=LOVE=FORGIVENESS=
And COMPASSION


“The Lord is GOOD to ALL
And COMPASSIONATE toward
All his works” Psalm 145:9


I heard a CATHOLIC PRIEST
Say once:
“God LOVES us a whole lot MORE
Than God loves our theology”


YES-leave the THEOLOGY—to
The doctors & scholars
Of this world


OUR JOB-the job of us
Common men and women-is simply to LOVE
“LOVE GOD & LOVE OUR NEIGHBOR”


And be kind-forgive-and be COMPASSIONATE
To all
That is what CHANGES LIVES


GOD WORKS THROUGH YOU AND ME


“Let your compassion
COME to me
That I may live


For your law
Is my delight” Psalm 119:7


“The Lord is GRACIOUS
And COMPASSIONATE


Slow to anger
And RICH IN LOVE” Psalm 145:8


“Finally-all of you-
BE like-minded-be sympathetic-
LOVE one another
Be compassionate and HUMBLE” 1 Peter 3:8


We NEED to be spending TIME
With God on a daily basis
We need to be PRAYING


And we will have
A DEEPENING awareness
Of our own wounds
And how they AFFECT
Our beliefs and behaviors


WHEN we think God or others
ARE judging or condemning us
Often times-this is us-
Judging ourselves


God & others
WILL have compassion for us-
But we need to be BIG ENOUGH
To SHOW ourselves COMPASSION too


Admit your mistakes—but don't
Grind yourself down


FORGIVE yourself and PRAY for God
To use you


And he-GOD-will WORK-both
THROUGH YOU AND ME


“They tell
Of the power
Of your awesome works


And I will PROCLAIM
Your great deeds” Psalm 145:6


PRAY to be USED by God
Be compassionate-and GOD WILL WORK
THROUGH BOTH YOU AND ME
