We just don't want to

In our life=THE HARD WAY


Learning God's lessons=the
HARD WAY


Today we read about
The CONVERSION of Saul into Paul


One day Saul is living life=
KILLING all the Christians=including
Stephen=the FIRST Christian martyr


“Since I could see NOTHING
Because of the brightness
Of that light=


I was LED by hand
By my companions
And entered Damascus” Acts 22:11


In an instant=Paul becomes BLIND=
Helpless= and left without
A sense of direction


WHEN we are
On the wrong road=
GOD TURNS our life around
And leads us
In a new direction


Learning life's lessons=
THE HARD WAY


“Ah-Sovereign Lord-
You have made the heavens
And the earth


By your GREAT POWER
And outstretched arm


NOTHING is too HARD
For you” Jeremiah 32:17


“In EVERYTHING I did
I showed you that
By this kind of HARD WORK


We must HELP the weak=
REMEMBERING the words
The Lord Jesus himself said=


'It is MORE BLESSED
To give=than to receive'” Acts 20:35


“I KNOW your deeds
Your HARD work
And your perseverance” Revelation 2:2


Yes=there is NO EASY WAY
To LEARN life's lessons=there is
NO easy way
To TURN your life around


Paul LEARNED his lessons=well=
And went on to become the MESSENGER
To the GENTILES=and help
Change the world


There is NO TELLING what
Might bring about the changes
In our life


A death of a loved one= a job loss=
An UNEXPECTED TURN of events


Life can BLINDSIDE us=it CAN
POINT US in a direction=
An opposite direction


And it takes FAITH
To get it right=to WORK through things=
To TURN ourselves around


FOLLOWING the letter of
The law CANNOT DIRECT US=
Only by following CHRIST'S LOVE
Can we get it right


Follow the narrow way
FOLLOW IN FAITH


“ENTER through the NARROW gate
For wide is the gate
And BROAD is the road
That leads to destruction


But SMALL is the gate
And narrow the road
That leads to LIFE
And only a FEW
Find it” Matthew 7:13-14


EXAMINE life's lessons=they are HARD=
Find FAITH=Find love=Find LIFE


Jesus did=Saint Paul did=I did=
I HOPE you do too
