NEVER TRULY ALONE!
Jesus KNEW=that most
Of his followers would SCATTER
At the end=when
It mattered the most
When their OWN LIVES
Would be at RISK=he knew
He would be ALL ALONE!
“But I am NOT ALONE
Because the Father
Is with me
I have told you this
So that you
Might have PEACE IN ME” John 16:32-33
This is a FEELING
We HUMANS=know all
Too well=BEING ALONE
Especially during the last
Couple of years of COVID
Maybe we LOSE someone close to us=
As I just did=or a GOOD FRIEND
Has betrayed us=or we are
MISLED by someone's advice=
That we trusted
But we are NEVER ALL ALONE=
For like Jesus=the Father God
Is always with us
And JESUS is always
With us=we are
NEVER TRULY ALONE!
Sometimes we GUARD our hearts=
Rather than trusting again=
But we CAN trust God
The Father=for he will
NEVER let us down
“Above all else=GUARD your heart
For everything you do
Flows from it” Proverbs 4:23
“But you will
Not leave in haste=
Or go in flight
For the Lord
Will go before you=The God of Israel
Will be YOUR REAR GUARD” Isaiah 52:12
“Be on YOUR GUARD=
Stand firm=in the truth
Be courageous=be strong
Do everything in love” 1 Corinthians 16:13
It is UNDERSTANDABLE
For us to guard our hearts=
For people will
Let us down=most often UNINTENTIONALLY
We are NEVER TRULY ALONE
And we can find OUR PEACE
In God the Holy Father
And Jesus
Jesus HELD on to that peace
Offering prayers to God=
Even as he breathed his last breath
He SHOWED us that
We are NEVER TRULY ALONE!=
And nothing can snatch
That peace from us
“I have told you
These things=so that
In me=you may HAVE PEACE
In this world
You will have trouble
But take heart!
I have overcome the world” John 16:33
“And the PEACE OF GOD
Which transcends all understanding
Will GUARD YOUR HEARTS
And your minds=In Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:7
FIND YOUR PEACE in God the
Holy Father and Jesus=
You are NEVER TRULY ALONE!
In Jesus' name=and in the name=of God the HOLY FATHER=who is ALWAYS WITH US
