PREPARED FOR HIS COMING

 

Some day=in this world

Our Lord=OUR JESUS

Will be COMING BACK AGAIN

Are you=

PREPARED FOR HIS COMING?

 

“…….BE PREPARED

For at an hour-you do not expect

The Son of Man=will come”                                                                                                     Matthew 24:44

 

Are you comfortable

With this passage=I am NOT SURE

How I feel about it

I have LIVED my whole life

PREPARING to be WELCOMED HOME

By the Lord our God

 

However=I don’t think

Anybody likes thinking

About their last breath=but

What could be finer

Than to be WELCOMED HOME

To live=with

The Lord OUR GOD

 

I think the KEY is

That we have

To think of the SECOND COMING

As a GIFT or A BLESSING=from God

And NOT as a warning

 

PREPARING FOR HIS COMING!

Preparing to be=WELCOMED HOME

 

“And whoever=WELCOMES

One such child=in my name

WELCOMES ME!”                                                                                                                         Matthew 18:5

 

So get ready

For THIS GIFT from God

Get ready=for this GREAT BLESSING

And pray=you are

PREPARED FOR HIS COMING!

 

“Then the King will say=

To those on his right

 

‘Come you=who are BLESSED

By my Father=take your inheritance

 

The kingdom=PREPARED FOR YOU

Since the creation of the world’”                                                                                                 Matthew 25:34

 

“What no eye has seen-

What no ear has heard

And what no human mind=has conceived-------

 

The things God=HAS PREPARED

For those who love him…….”                                                                                                     1 Corinthians 2:9

 

We all like to think

WE CONTROL=our we lives

But who are we kidding?

 

The Lord our God

Has control=OVER EVERYTHING

In our world=including our lives

PREPARING FOR HIS COMING!

 

It is COMFORTING=to know

That the SON OF MAN=won’t let

Our fears=get in the way

 

He wants us=to live

EVERY DAY=close to him

PREPARING FOR HIS COMING AGAIN!

 

“Preach the word=BE PREPARED

In season=and out of season

 

Correct=rebuke=and encourage-------

With great patience=and careful instruction”                                                                              2 Timothy 4:2

 

WHEN your time comes=KNOW

You are worthy

Of being welcomed home

PREPARING FOR HIS COMING!

 

In Jesus’ name=and IN the name=of our FOREVER LOVING=Holy Father God!
