AN UNHEARD YES!
Mary’s YES=was the YES
No one heard of
At the time
But it is
THE YES=that would
Eventually be heard
AROUND the world
AN UNHEARD YES!
“For NO WORD
From God=will ever fail”
Luke 1:37
“I am the LORD’S SERVANT’
Mary answered=
‘May YOUR WORD to ne
Be fulfilled’
Then the angel left her”
Luke 1:38
That UNHEARD of yes
Between Mary and God=
A true covenant
That would=CHANGE THE WORLD
The limitless God the Father=
Does not allow himself
To be CONSTRAINED
By time and space
He WORKS THROUGH
Ordinary people=like Mary
Who have willing hearts
And ORDINARY LIVES
Like you and me
We just have to say “YES” too
AN UNHEARD YES!
“If I were hungry=
I would not tell you
FOR THE WORLD=is mine
And all that is in it”
Psalm 50:12
“You are
The light of the WORLD=
A town=built on a hill=
Cannot be hidden”
Matthew 5:14
And MARY’S YES
Was not hidden=it was
It is
The most important yes
IN ALL of human history
Other than Jesus’
Today we have=the genealogy=of Jesus
And how we get to MARY’S YES
A yes=that changed the world
The WHOLE WORLD=knows of it now
“For the wisdom
OF THIS WORLD=is foolishness
In God’s sight
As it is written=
‘He catches the wise
In their craftiness’”
1 Corinthians 3:19
“Do not=LOVE THE WORLD
Or anything=in the world
If anyone loves THE WORLD=
Love for the Father
Is not in him”
1 John 2:15
Mary’s YES brought
The good news=CARRIED to us
By the birth of Jesus Christ
That yes=was=is
WILL always be
With us
Until the END OF TIME
THAT UNHEARD YES!

Ask yourself=WHAT YES=
You can say to God today
In Jesus’=Mary’s=and in the name=of our HOLY and LOVING=Holy
Father God!
