ENDURE TO THE END!

 

Yesterday we CELEBRATED

The birth of Jesus=and the beginning

Of the GREATEST LIFE

That ever was lived

 

Today we celebrate

The life of=

THE FIRST CHRISTIAN MARTYR

Saint Stephen

 

They BOTH had missions

In life

And they ENDURED=until the end

 

“You will be HATED

By all=because==of my name”                                                                                       Matthew 10:22

 

But we have MISSIONS TOO=

We may

NOT have to die

For our FAITH=like Jesus

And saint Stephen

 

But we DO=have to

SPREAD the Word of God

With our life

UNTIL the end=that is=OUR MISSION

ENDURE=TO THE END!

 

“May his name=ENDURE FOREVER

May it continue=

As long as the sun”                                                                                                        Psalm 72:17

 

“I know that everything

God does=WILL ENDURE FOREVER

 

Nothing can be added=

To it=and

Nothing taken from it”                                                                                                 Ecclesiastes 3:14

 

“Teach the older men

To be temperate=worthy of respect

Self-controlled=and sound in faith

In love=and in ENDURANCE”                                                                                Titus 2:2

 

WHERE are you at

With your MISSION in life?

Where are you at

IN spreading

 

The WORD of God

And of Christ?

 

Can you CARRY IT

UNTIL the very end?

Like Jesus=like our dear Saint Stephen?

 

You have A MISSION

In life

Carry it=ENDURE=TO THE END!

 

ENDURE TO THE END!

Spread the Word of God=

Carry the Word of Christ

In your HEART=with your actions

And deeds

 

“You yourselves have seen

What I did=to Egypt

 

And how I CARRIED YOU

On eagles’ wings

And brought you to myself”                                                                                                  Exodus 19:4

 

“He tends his flock

Like a shepherd=

He gathers the lambs=in his arms

AND HE CARRIES THEM

Close to his heart”                                                                                                            Isaiah 40:11

 

TESTS in life

Come and go=ENDURE THEM

Like our Saint Stephen

Did until the very end

 

Dear Lord=we PRAY

That we can ENDURE OUR TRIALS

To the end=with FAITH

Like Saint Stephen=the first CHRISTIAN MARTYR

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER FAITHFUL Holy Father God!
