ONLY SATISFIED BY GOD!

 

ONLY SATISFIED BY GOD!

 

We get hungry=and we

Get thirsty=in this world

 

But MORE than that

We get hungry

FOR GOD=for

The SPIRIT of God

In our life=and for

 

Our wonderful FAMILES

And very close friends

Our true hunger=is

ONLY SATISFIED BY GOD!

 

“He has FILLED=the hungry=with good things……..”                                                             Luke 1:53

 

Sometimes ONE can be

ONLY SATISFIED BY GOD

By his love and grace

 

At Christmas time particularly

We can=TRUST God

To FILL our hearts and spirits

With JOY=with love

With friendship=and with PEACE

 

God’s gift of the SPIRIT

Will leave us PARTICULARLY SATISFIED

And we need it

To keep getting back up

 

ONLY SATISFIED by God

Only satisfied=by his grace and love

 

“……..who SATISFIES your desires

With good things=so that your youth

Is renewed=like the eagle’s”                                                                                           Psalm 103:5

 

“After he has suffered

He will=see the light

Of life=AND BE SATISFIED”                                                                                         Isaiah 53:11

 

“Why spend money=on what

Is not bread=and your labor

On what=DOES NOT SATISFY?”                                                                                      Isaiah  55:2

 

It is TRUE=

We get hungry=get thirsty

And we= can fill our hunger-

Our thirst

 

But ONLY=the love

And GRACE of God

WILL LEAVE US SATISFIED

ONLY SATISFIED BY GOD!

 

Sometimes we have

To sit and think about=how really SHORT

Our lives are=and that

ONLY GOD!=can really satisfy

AND FILL US up with HOPE!

 

“Blessed is the man

Whose quiver=is FULL OF THEM”                                                                                            Psalm 127:5

 

“”The thief comes ONLY

To steal and kill

And destroy

 

I have come

That they=may have life

And have it=TO THE FULL”                                                                                                      John 10:10

 

And so this CHRISTMAS SEASON

Dear Lord

We AWAIT=your coming again

 

And cannot wait for you

So that you can QUENCE and FILL

Our spirits to the FULL

For only you dear Lord=can satisfy

ONLY SATISFIED BY GOD!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ever loving=ever living

EVER FULFILLING=Holy Father God!
