A GREAT APPRECIATION=FOR LIFE

 

As someone=who has SURVIVED

Many life and death situations=BEGINNING

On my 22^nd birthday=I have

A GREAT APPRECIATION FOR LIFE

 

Particularly=when someone YOUNG DIES=for

I know that COULD have been me=In June of

This year=MY COUSIN Brian died=he was

Just in his 40’s=we=THE FAMILY

Will miss you FOREVER BRIAN=we LOVE

And miss you

 

“They MOURNED and wept=and fasted UNTIL

Evening for Saul=and his son Johathan……..”                                                                 2 Samuel 1:12

 

WHEN someone young dies=WE ARE SHOCKED

But the truth is=NONE of us are GUARANTEED

Anything in this life=life is fleeting=life is tenuous

 

APPRECIATE IT=live it with love=and KINDNESS

I have=A GREAT APPRECIATION=for this thing

THIS JOURNEY called life=for

EVERYONE OF US

 

APPRECIATE YOUR LIFE=count your

BLESSINGS in life=Live with GRATITUDE

With thanks to God

 

“BLESSED is the one=who does not walk

In step with the wicked=or stand in the way

That sinners take

 

Or sit in the company of mockers=but

Whose delight=is in=the law of the Lord

And who meditates on his law=day and night”                                                           Psalm 1:1-2

 

“……..for he has been mindful=of

The humble state of=his servant=from now on

All generations=WILL CALL ME BLESSED”                                                                Luke 1:48

 

“BLESSED is the one=who perseveres

Under trial=because=having stood the test

 

That person will receive=

THE CROWN of life=that the Lord=has promised

To those who love him”                                                                                                          James 1:12

 

It is so AWFULLY SAD=when a young child

Or teenager dies=for they NEVER had the chance

To live their life

 

JOIN me=in having that GREAT APPRECIATION

FOR LIFE=with great thanks for this wonderful GIFT

Of life=that God BESTOWS ON US

 

“The Lord God made all kinds of trees grow=

Out of the ground-------trees that were

Pleasing to the eye=and good for food

 

In the middle of the garden=were

THE TREE OF LIFE=and the tree of knowledge

Of good and evil”                                                                                                                 Genesis 2:9

 

“You make known to me=the

PATH OF LIFE=you will fill me with joy

In your presence=with eternal pleasures

At your right hand”                                                                                                                 Psalm 16:11

 

So this life is a BLESSING=let us

Make the effort=t o be more CHRISTLIKE

And trust in=the DIVINE MERCY of

OUR HOLY FATHER GOD!

 

Let us live=with A GREAT APPRECIATION

For life every day=for life is a=GIFT FROM GOD

I am THANKFUL for every day=of my 69 years

 

I HOPE you are living

WITH A GREAT APPRECIATION=for your life too

 

In Jesus’ name=and on the name=of our FOREVER LIVING=FOREVER LOVING
