LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS!

 

LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS!

 

LIFE IS SO VERY PRECIOUS!=Life

Is so fleeting=Every day is

A GIFT FROM GOD

 

So make the most of it=because

You NEVER KNOW=if you are

GOING to make it =through that day

LIFE=is a gift from God

 

Today’s message from Isaiah=REMINDS US

Of the fragility of this life

 

“A bruised reed=shall NOT BREAK=and

A smoldering wick=he shall NOT QUENCH=

Until he establishes=JUSTICE ON EARTH”                                                                         Isaiah 42:3

 

I BELIEVE=our God wants to

RESTORE OUR WORLD=as a world of peace=

Love=justice and UNITY

 

A reed can disintegrate=into many pieces

A BURNING CANDLE=gives its last gasp

When it is ready=to BURN OUT

 

I first realized=HOW FLEETING life is=when

I was on my deathbed=at age 22=

LIFE IS SO FRAGILE!=the fragility of our lives

 

I have lived every day=IN CHRONIC PAIN

Since I am 22 years old=I FIGHT every day

To make it through the day=The BEST

That I can=LIFE IS SO FRAGILE!

 

You can LOSE ANYTHING=Or everything

On any given day

 

“You are the salt=of the earth=but

IF the salt LOSES its saltiness=how can it

BE made salty again?

 

It is=no longer good for anything=except to be

Thrown out=and trampled underfoot”                                                                            Matthew 5:13

 

“Then Jesus told them=this parable=

‘Suppose one of you=Has a hundred sheep

And LOSES one of them=doesn’t he

Leave the 99=in the open country

 

And go after=THE LOST SHEEP

Until he finds it?’”                                                                                                                 Luke 15:4

 

This is the WAY=our God

Is with us=HE does not want

To lose this world=he does not want

To LOSE any one of us=He wants

TO RESTORE US=and this world

LIFE IS SO FRAGILE!

 

“RESTORE to me=the joy of your salvation

And grant me=a willing spirit=to sustain me”                                                                         Psalm 51:12

 

“Brothers and sisters=if someone is caught

In a sin=You who live by THE SPIRIT

SHOULD RESTORE=that person gently”                                                                                 Galatians 6:1

 

God calls us=to REACH OUT to others

Who are bruised in this world=someone who

Is like a BRUIESED REED=or someone who just

NEEDS some help=in this world

 

Someone=who has an illness=or someone

Who is EXPERIENCING the fragility of life

For whatever reason

 

God wants to help you=RESTORE OTHERS

And to RESTORE THIS WORLD

We are called=to CHANGE this world

For the better=LIFE IS SO PRECIOUS!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER LOVING=ever RESTORING

Holy Father God!
