HIS WE ARE!=BELONGING TO OUR GOD

 

HIS WE ARE!

(Belonging To Our God)

 

If we are=BELIEVERS IN GOD

We don’t all have=the same

SABBATH DAY

 

The Jewish faith HOLDS=

The sabbath day=from Friday evening

At sundown=to Saturday evening at SUNDOWN=and

Some Christian faiths HOLD Saturday night

As their sabbath day too

 

But Catholic=and MOST other Christian religions

Believe that Jesus FULFILED the Law of Moses

Therefore the Lord’s day is Sunday

 

Regardless=of whatever day=You CELEBRATE

God and Jesus==the sabbath day is

A GIFT FROM GOD

 

FOR HIS WE ARE!=His is all we will

EVER BE=Belonging to the Lord

 

“Then Jesus said to them=’THE SABBATH was made

For man=not man for the SABBATH=that is WHY

The Son of Man=is lord even of the SABBATH”                                                                          Mark 2:27-28

 

When we STEP AWAY=from the world

On Sunday=and attend MASS=or CHRISTIAN SERVICE

 

We are attending something SACRED=we

Are REMINDED=that we BELONG

TO THE LORD=we are REMEMBERING who

And WHOSE WE ARE

HIS WE ARE!

 

“Who has a claim against me=that

I must pay?=Everything under heaven

BELONGS TO ME”                                                                                                                   Job 41:11

 

“The fear of the Lord=is

The beginning of wisdom=All who follow

His precepts=have good understanding=To him

BELONGS ETERNAL PRAISE”                                                                                             Psalm 111:10

 

“For everyone=BELONG TO ME=the parent

As well as the child=both alike

BELONG TO ME=the one who sins

Is the one who will die”                                                                                                        Ezekiel 18:4

 

Dear Lord=whoever we are=

WHATEVER day we worship you==it is

NOT just the sabbath day=that we BELONG TO YOU

But every day=of the week=and every single minute

Of our lives=HIS WE ARE!

 

“WHOEVER BELONGS TO GOD=hears

What God says=the reason you do not hear

Is that you=DO NOR BELONG TO GOD”                                                                             John 8:47

 

“……..so in Christ=we=though many

Form one body=and each member=BELONGS

To all the others”                                                                                                              Romans 12:5

 

Dear Lord=dear Holy Father God

EVEN though many of us=are

Of different faiths=WE all

 

Come together as ONE=to form

ONE faith of love=to form

A UNIFIED BODY=for our God

And his Son Jesus

 

“How good and pleasant it is=

When GOD’S PEOPLE=live together

IN UNITY”                                                                                                                          Psalm 133:1

 

Dear Lord=we all come together=as ONE

Because=HIS WE ARE!=and

We ALL BELONG=in love=to

OUR HOLY FATHER God=and His Son Jesus Christ
