DRAW NEAR=TOWARDS GOD There is an old Hasidic saying: That if you take ONE step towards God IN TRUST He will take one hundred steps toward you IN LOVE No wonder I feel So close to God No wonder I feel So much love in me I HOPE that you do too “Draw NEAR to God- And he will draw near to you” James 4:8 What barriers stand in between You and God? I hope none And you shouldn't ever Feel too busy for God God should be Of paramount IMPORTANCE in your life Draw NEAR-towards God “The Lord is close To the brokenhearted And SAVES those Who are crushed in spirit” Psalm 34:18 “Their leader Will be one of their own Their ruler Will arise from among them I will bring him near And he will COME CLOSE to me- For who is he Who will devote himself To be CLOSE to me? Declares the Lord” Jeremiah 30:21 DRAW NEAR towards God Draw close toward the Lord Don't ever be too busy for him IF you are-ask yourself some questions- WHERE are you rushing too now? What is so important about our life That we can't take the time- To CONNECT to the Father? Is it so important that we can't take some time- And CONNECT to the very author of Our own life? “We hear That some among you Have been idle and disruptive They are NOT busy- They are busybodies” 2 Thessalonians 3:11 “Besides They get into the habit Of being idle-and going about From house to house And not only do they Become idlers But also busybodies Who talk nonsense Saying things They ought not to” 1 Timothy 5:13 So whether you are JUST BUSY - Or a busy body Which some of us are prone to be MAKE TIME FOR GOD Make God number 1 in your life DRAW NEAR TOWARDS GOD OVERCOME doubt In your life too And truly let go and LET GOD OVERCOME any and all barriers KEEPING you from God And DRAW NEAR towards God He is JUST WAITING for you Robert P.
