NOT WALKING ALONE!

 

Today=Peter ANNOUNCES himself

And the OTHER APOSTLES=AS WITNESSES

To the death=and RESURRECTION=of Christ

 

Peter and the other APOSTLES

Make sure that Jesus=

AFTER the death and resurrection

Was loved and survived=Jesus was

NEVER WALKING ALONE!

 

It is=UP TO US!=the modern day

21^st century disciples=and apostles

Of Christ=to make sure

The TEACHINGS of Jesus=and his love

SURVIVE FOREVER=You and me

Have to let Jesus KNOW=

He lives in our hearts today and forever=and

He is NOT by himself

NOT WALKING ALONE!

 

“You killed=the AUTHOR of life

But God=raised him from the dead

We are=WITNESSES OF THIS”                                                                                           Acts 3:15

 

Peter is not just STATING

His eyewitness testimony

To the Lord’s death and resurrection

 

He is DECLARING=

That Jesus is=the ONE

TRUE author of life

 

He is=telling the world

That Jesus is=THE GREAT I AM=

Living forever and ever

WITH the Holy Father God

 

Jesus himself tells=his disciples

AND US=we are to be

HIS WITNESSES

“You are WITNESSES=of these things”                                                                           Luke 24:48

 

So=it is up to US

To be=the modern day WITNESSES

Of his love

 

NOT just to testify=but to

LIVE HIS LOVE=with such depth

That people can’t help but know

That we are JESUS’ DISCIPLES

Living his love=he is

NOT WALKING ALONE!

 

Peter denied Jesus three times

At Jesus’ death=ONLY to live

With greatness=for the KINGDOM

 

How many times=have we let Jesus down

With our lives=ONLY TO REBOUND

And be SHINING EXAMPLES= of his love

NOT WALKING ALONE!

We BELONG TO GOD

 

“Dominion and awe=BELONG TO GOD

He establishes order=

IN the heights of heaven”                                                                                                   Job 25:2

 

“If we live=we live

For the Lord=and if we die

We die for the Lord

 

So whether=we live or die=

WE BELONG to the Lord”                                                                                             Romans 14:8

 

My dear brothers and sisters=the

Apostles=martyrs=and saints

ALWAYS made sure=God was=

NOT WALKING ALONE!

 

We need to do that too=ASSURE Jesus

IN our living and dying moments=to

OUR LAST BREATH=that he

NEVER will be walking by himself

NOT WALKING ALONE!=we belong to God

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER LIVING=forever loving=Holy Father God!
