SUDDENLY=THERE WAS GOD!
Isn’t it funny=
How we READ the Scriptures=
Read the LIVES=of the Saints=and
DON’T REALLY UNDERSTAND
The bible isn’t=
JUST a bunch of stories=
The Saints lives are not just
SOME FICTITIOUS PEOPLE=These
Are real people=these are real churches
And REAL things that have happened
God=just is NOT
A fictitious being=HE IS REAL=and
SUDDENLY=THERE WAS GOD!
Walking with us=living with us
ALL the days=of our life
We just haven’t noticed=He is AUTHENTIC
SUDDENLY=THERE WAS GOD!
“With that their eyes=OPENED
And they RECOGNIZED HIM……..”
Luke 24:31
Isn’t that the way
It is=with us?
We stumble through life=NOT
Recognizing God=in our lives
Then there is a COINCIDENCE
In our lives=and we REALIZE
That our God was here=all the time
SUDDENLY=THERE WAS GOD!
Our God is REAL=He
Is there=all the time
We just don’t recognize him
“For my flesh=IS REAL FOOD=
And my blood
Is REAL DRINK” John
6:55
“These are a shadow
Of the things=
That were to come=THE REALITY HOWEVER
Is found in Christ” Colossians
2:17
Again today=
We have ANOTHER REFERENCE
To one of my FAVORITE BIBLICAL STORIES=
TWO MEN=
On the road to Emmaus
HOW can CHRIST
Be in their presence=and
They not know him?
I ASK YOU=
How can Christ=be in our presence
EVERY DAY=of our lives
And we not know him?
Is it a case of=
SUDDENLY=THERE WAS GOD?
No=I don’t think so=it is just=that we
BECOME SUDDENLY AWARE
We just know and recognize him=Then
We are IN AWE!
“Lord=I have heard
Of your fame=I STAND IN AWE=
OF your deeds=Lord”
Habakkuk 3:2
“Therefore since we=are receiving
A kingdom=That cannot be shaken
Let us be thankful=
And so worship God=acceptably
With reverence and AWE……..”
Hebrews 12:28
Dear Lord=we pray
That you might OPEN OUR EYES
And always know=that you are ALWAYS REAL WITH US
And not just a case of=
SUDDENLY=THERE WAS GOD!
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of OUR FOREVER PRESENT=HOLY
LIVING FATHER GOD!
