THE FIRST WITNESS=

To the RESURRECTION of Christ

Was a woman=

CAN you imagine that=some 2,000 years ago?

 

IT SPEAKS VOLUMES=for

THE PROGRESSIVE NATURE of Christ

It speaks volumes=for

THE DIGNITY OF WOMEN=of today

The FIRST WITNESS=

Was a woman=Mary Magdalene

 

“I have=SEEN THE LORD……..”                                                                                              John 20:18

 

So ANYONE who argues

AGAINST CHRISTIANITY=and

The dignity of WOMEN

Tell them about Mary Magdalene

 

At the foot=of the CROSS

She stands=WITH UNWAVERING FAITH

THE FIRST WITNESS to the RESURRECTED LORD

An example

 

For all women=an example

To the=DIGNITY OF WOMEN

 

“Then the Lord God=

MADE A WOMAN=from the rib

 

He had taken=

Out of the man=and

He brought her= to the man”                                                                                               Genesis 2:22

 

“Charm is deceptive=

And beauty is fleeting

 

BUT A WOMAN=

Who fears the Lord=is to be praised”                                                                             Proverbs 31:30

 

Yes Mary Magdalene=A WOMAN is

THE FIRST WITNESS=to

The Resurrected Lord

 

Of=all the people=

Jesus could=have appeared to

HE PICKED Mary=to

SHARE the god news with

 

Yes Mary Magdalene=THE FIRST WITNESS

The APOSTLE to the apostles=and

EARNING the Lord’s respect=

WHAT DIGNITY=she must have had

IN the Lord’s eyes

 

“She is clothed=

With strength=and DIGNITY

She can laugh=at the days to come”                                                                                   Proverbs 31:25

 

Dear Lord=we PRAY

That you allow us=to see

THE EXTRAORDINARY RELATIONSHIP

Between Mary and Jesus

 

And USE that=to

Treat all women=in today’s world

WITH DIGNITY and respect

 

“He must manage=his own family well

And see that the children=obey him

 

And he must do so=

In a manner worthy=OF FULL RESPECT”                                                                            1 Timothy 3:4

 

Dear Lord=like you

We RECOGNIZE THE DIGNITY

Of Mary Magdalene=and OF ALL WOMEN!

She was=THE FIRST WITNESS=to the Resurrection!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER RESPECTFUL=Holy Father God!
