NO ACT OF LOVE

NO ACT OF LOVE TODAY-on ALL Saints day We are surrounded By a great cloud of WITNESSES Those who have already come Those currently in the world today And those yet to come Some of the saints' names Are marked on the Official calendar of saints and religious SOME have lived their lives unnoticed But it doesn't matter NO ACT OF LOVE For God or our neighbor Goes unmarked or unnoticed “After this-I had a vision Of a great multitude Which no one could count From every nation-race-people- And tongue” Revelation 7:9 And today- I want to go on RECORD To RECOGNIZE the saints Who have helped me On my journey Through life They are my PERSONAL SAINTS For all time My parents-my sisters- EXTENDED relatives including uncles-aunts- Cousins-FRIENDS-and religious men and women Who have HELPED me On my way You KNOW who you are And what you have done for me- And I KNOW TOO Without them/WITHOUT YOU I would never Have arrived at this point In my life And MOST of all I want to thank God And endless array of saints That I have PRAYED TO I have desperately needed ALL of your help “In my distress I called to the Lord I cried to my God FOR HELP” Psalm 18:6 “I LIFT my eyes To the mountain- WHERE does my HELP come from?” Psalm 121:1 “In everything that I did I showed you By this kind of hard work WE must help the weak REMEMBERING the words The Lord Jesus Christ himself said 'It is MORE BLESSED to give Than to receive'” Acts 20:35 OUR HELP Comes from God And the saints of this world The official saints of God And those saints PUT in this world To HELP us on our journey Through life NO ACT OF LOVE Ever goes unnoticed By God or by us (Those in NEED of the help) So today-DEAR LORD- And every day We ask you To let us walk With the saints of this world And to always help us GIVE THANKS To those who Have touched our life In the past-presently- And those who will Come in the future For NO ACT OF LOVE Ever goes unnoticed- Or is ever forgotten In Jesus' name Robert P.
