GETTING TO THE POINT=
FIRST AND LAST


Has anyone ever ASKED YOU
A question that CUTS to
The HEART of the matter?


And causes you CHANGE?


This is what happened today
With Jesus and his disciples=
Jesus ASKS them=


“What were you ARGUING about
ON the way?” Mark 9:33


But they DON'T ANSWER=because
They were arguing about which
ONE of them
IS THE GREATEST


But Jesus gets RIGHT to the POINT
And TEACHES them
About FIRST and LAST


Jesus said=
“ANYONE who wants
To be FIRST


Must be the very LAST
And thee SERVANT
Of ALL” Mark 9:35


GETTING TO THE POINT=as
ONLY Jesus can


We live in a CULTURE
Where we all WANT
To be first








We are TAUGHT a LESSON
That things are DIFFERENT
In the KINGDOM o God


A question of change=
GETTING to the POINT


“This is what
The Lord says
Israel's KING and Redeemer
The Lord ALMIGHTY


I am the FIRST
And I am the LAST


Apart from me
There is NO GOD” Isaiah 44:6


“But many
Who are FIRST
Will be LAST


And many
Who are last
WILL BE FIRST” Matthew 19:30


“We LOVE
Because he FIRST
LOVED US” 1 John 4:19


Our culture in this world
Is very DIFFICULT


We are TAUGHT=that if we are
NOT FIRST
We do not matter


Yet Jesus TELLS US
That we are to be LAST
That we are to be
A SERVANT to all


EMBRACE IT=do it
BE a REAL CHRISTIAN


“NOT so with you
Instead whoever
WANTS to be GREAT
Among you
Must be your SERVANT
…..................
Just as the SON of Man
Did not come
To be served


But to SERVE
And GIVE his life
As a RANSOM for MANY” Matthew 20:26-28


Dear Lord=you always GET
To the POINT=HELP us
To PONDER the questions
That make us UNCOMFORTABLE
In this world
