FEELING WORTHY?

FEELING WORTHY=?


Are you feeling WORTHY
That you can be USED
BY GOD?


You can be=for today
We READ about three men
Who felt UNWORTHY about
BEING used by God


And if God can USE THEM
He can use US=
FEELING WORTHY?


“For I am the
LEAST of the apostles


NOT fit to be called
An apostle-
Because I persecuted
The CHURCH of God” 1 Corinthians 15:9


We-ALL-have unworthiness-
We all have human weakness=
And SINFULNESS


Yet God used Isaiah=used
Paul=and used Peter
Tot BUILD UP
The kingdom of God


Feeling worthy? Feeling unworthy?
God Can USE you too-
No matter what state
That what we are in


“As a prisoner
For the Lord=then
I urge you


To live a life
WORTHY of the calling
You have received” Ephesians 4:1


“Whatever happens
Conduct yourselves
In a manner WORTHY
Of the gospel of Christ” Philippians 1:27


“Jesus has been
Found WORTHY
Of a greater honor
Than Moses


Just as the builder
Of a house
Has greater HONOR
That the house itself” Hebrews 3:3


Isaiah's lips were torched
With a hot coal
And gave him the COURAGE
To volunteer to God


“HERE I am-----send me” Isaiah 6:8


And Paul CONFESSES that he is
The LEAST of the apostles=
Nevertheless=God sends his GRACE
To work a MIRACLE
For him


And Peter says to Jesus-
AFTER a great catch of fish=
“DEPART from me-Lord=
For I am a SINFUL MAN” Luke 5:8


Yes=it is all true=we
Are all UNWORTHY to be
CALLED by God


But-YES-it is also true=
God gives us his GRACE=
Like Paul=and works with us
And CHANGES THE WORLD


The LESSON is clear to
All of us=God's grace
CHANGES US= and he WORKS in us=
And through us=and among us


“They tell of the power
Of your awesome WORKS-------


And I will proclaim
Your awesome deeds” Psalm 145:6


“And we know
That in all things
God WORKS for the good


Of those
Who love them
Who have been called
According to his purpose” Romans 8:28


Like Isaiah=like Paul=
LIKE Peter


We are all made WORTHY
By the CALLING OF GOD


And we are BLESSED
To follow in their footsteps=
And of those of Jesus


Dear MERCIFUL LORD=we put
ASIDE our excuses=and RESPOND
To your call today


In Jesus' name=and in the name of OUR ALL LOVING FATHER
