GOD'S LOVE TOUCHES US


Today we read about-
Jesus HEALING a blind man
In STAGES


“He took the blind man
By the hand


….....Putting spittle
On his eyes
He laid his hands on him
And asked=


'Do yous see anything?'


Looking up he replied
'I see people looking
Like trees and walking'


Then he laid his hands
On his eyes=a second time
And he saw clearly=


His sight was RESTORED
And he could see
Everything distinctly” Mark 8:23-25


In this case
Jesus PHYSICALLY TOUCHED
The blind man and heals him
In stages


But with us-
We mostly HEAR of
God's love=bu don't
Really see it


But he TOUCHES US
Just the same=he really
MOVES our lives
In the right direction


He TOUCHES us=God's love-
Jesus' love does touches us-
Even though we don't
LITERALLY see it


“Saul also
Went to his home
In Gibeah


Accompanied by valiant men
Whose hearts
God had TOUCHED” 1 Samuel 10:26


“People brought
All their sick to him
And begged him
To let the sick


Just TOUCH
The edge of his cloak
And all who TOUCHED it
Were healed” Matthew 14:36


I have been
Touched by God
I have been TOUCHED
BY JESUS


I feel it in my heart
I hope
You CAN feel it too


When Jesus' love touches us
We feel an
UNEXPECTED GOODNESS
That touches our hearts


And we BEGIN to feel=
To even see=a TOUCH
Of the DIVINE LOVE


And God=and Jesus
Touches us again and AGAIN
And we begin to feel


If not actually see
GOD'S LOVE in our lives


We are loved by God
We are BELIEVERS=we are
God's people


And when we REGAIN
Our VISION=we actually
SEE the Lord


“LOOK to the Lord
And his strength
Seek his face always” Psalm 105:4


“Then you will LOOK
And be radiant
Your heart will throb


And swell with joy
The wealth on the seas
Will be brought to you


To you
The riches of nations
Will come” Isaiah 60:5


Whether we see it=or not
When we look


We FEEL that the
LOVE of God=the love of Jesus
That ALWAYS TOUCHES US
