BEING A SLAVE TO CHRIST

Let us all face it=

We are all=

SLAVES to someone=or something

In this world

We all have something

In this world=

That we put at number ONE=

For me=it is

God and family

I enjoy being a SLAVE

For the LOVE OF JESUS=

I enjoy living for

BEING a slave to Jesus Christ

“Although I am FREE

In regard to all

I have made myself

A SLAVE FOR ALL-

So as to win over

As many as possible” 1 Corinthians 9:19

And HOW can we

Be devoted to Jesus=HOW

Should we show

BEING A SLAVE to Jesus

By LIVING IN HUMILITY=

By living with God and Jesus

FIRST in our lives=

By putting our love for OTHERS

Above our love

For our very own selves

BEING A SLAVE for Jesus=

By living with=SUCH HUMILITY

That others=can't help

But SEE Jesus in us

“........and whoever=

Wants to be first-must be YOUR SLAVE--------

Just as the SON OF MAN

Did not come=to be served

But to serve

And give his life-as a ransom-

For many” Matthew 20:27-28

“Jesus replied=

'Very truly I tell you=

Everyone who sins

Is a SLAVE to sin'” John 8:34

There you have it=

We are either-a slave to sin-

A slave to something in this world

Or we are A SLAVE to

GOD and CHRIST=

By living out of humility

And always putting

God and Jesus FIRST=

Putting the INTERESTS

Of others first

“When pride comes-

Then comes disgrace=

But WITH HUMILITY-

Comes wisdom” Proverbs 11:2

“By the HUMILITY

And gentleness of Christ

I appeal to you--------

I-Paul-who am “TIMID”

When face to face

With you

But “BOLD” toward you

When away” 2 Corinthians 10:1

So dear people=

IF you want to

LIVE like Christ=

You have to

Live as a “SLAVE”

You have to

Put the INTERESTS OF GOD=

And of others

Above your very own

Dear Lord=we PRAY=

Help us to HUMBLE OURSELVES

With love and kindness

Toward others

So others may see

ONLY YOU=in us

In the name of Jesus=and our ever HUMBLE HOLY FATHER
