YOU HAVE ALL YOU NEED

 

YOU HAVE ALL YOU NEED

WHEN Jesus sent out

The apostles=all they really had

Was what was on their backs

No money=no food=a pair

Of sandals and a walking stick

But they had=

ALL THEY NEEDED=they had

The WORD OF GOD

And we have=ALL WE NEED=

For we have-our bibles=

And we have

THE WORD OF GOD

“He instructed them=to take nothing

For the journey

But a WALKING STICK........

'Whatever place does NOT welcome you

Or listen to you=leave there

And shake the dust off

Your feet=in testimony=against them'” Mark 6:8,11

ALL YOU REALLY NEED=

Is the WORD of God=

And we have that

And our bibles=to

SPREAD the word

The disciples were to

Make their way-

Among the poor and privileged by begging=

What a difficult task

The other thing

In this commission is

That=NONE of the disciples

Had experience

In this line of work

Some of these men were

UNEDUCATED FISHERMEN=

But they had

ALL THEY NEEDED

They had the

WORD OF GOD=and they

Had their efforts-their energy

And they had COURAGE

To get the job done

“Be strong and COURAGEOUS-

Because you will lead

These people=to inherit the land=

I swore to their ancestors

To give them” Joshua 1:6

“The following night=The Lord stood

Near Paul=and said=

'TAKE COURAGE=as you

Have testified about me

In Jerusalem

So you must also

Testify in Rome'” Acts 23:11

“Be on your guard=

Stand firm=in the faith

BE COURAGEOUS=be strong-

Do everything in love” 1 Corinthians 16:13

And the rest=as they say-

IS HISTORY

The apostles CHANGED the world

With nothing=

But the WORD OF GOD

And with faith-courage=

Energy-and efforts

Why can't we do the same?

We have the same

Word of God

“Every WORD OF GOD

Is flawless=

He is a shield

To those=

Who take refuge in him” Proverbs 30:5

CHRISTIANITY grew rapidly

Because the apostles

TOOK UP the challenge

What is stopping us?

We have

ALL WE NEED TOO
