QUESTIONS OF FAITH!

 

I am pretty=SELF-ASSURED

In my FAITH IN GOD=and Jesus=right now

But I assure you=that was

NOT always the case=and assure you

There were TIMES=when

I hit ROCK BOTTOW=QUESTIONS OF FAITH!

 

“See to it=that no one CAPTIVATE YOU

With an empty=seductive philosophy…….according

To the elemental powers of=the world

And NOT according to Christ”                                                                                                   Colossians 2:8

 

It is EASY to=GET CAPTIVATED by the world

And all=

It has to offer

 

Money=sex=and so on=and so on

But that all means=NOTHING to me anymore

This world lost meaning

 

WHEN I found love=IN

The Holy Father God=and

HIS SON=Jesus Christ

 

“IF I were hungry=I would

Not tell you=FOR THE WORLD

Is mine=and

ALL that is in it”                                                                                                             Psalm 50:12

 

“I will punish=THE WORLD

For its evil=the wicked=for their sins”                                                                           Isaiah 13:11

 

THE FIRST TIME=that I struggled

With my faith=was when

I was 18=and GOING AWAY TO COLLEGE

I was looking at=ALL

The WORLD=had to offer

 

I was QUESTIONING GOD=and CHURCH

And EVEN my own belief IN

What was important in life

 

And then again=when I was22=and having

Just almost lost my life=FOR THE THIRD TIME

In a year

 

I lost my job=my schooling=my car

A GIRL=I really cared about=and

I was on my BACK=with

No medical answers=QUESTIONS OF FAITH!

Questions with the world=and=ALL IT VALUES

 

But I FOUND MYSELF=all over again

Through FAMILY=extended family=and

Dear dear friends=but MOST of all=God and Jesus

 

I won’t never say never again=BUT

I hope and pray=I am

NEVER at that point again

QUESTIONS OF FAITH!=FINDING MYSELF

In God

 

“Yes my soul=FIND REST=in God

My hope=Comes from him”                                                                                                           Psalm 62:1

 

“Whoever=FINDS THEIR LIFE

Will lose it=and whoever=loses their life

For my sake=WILL FIND IT”                                                                                                      Matthew 5:39

 

Brothers and sisters=I have seen

MORE THINGS=and been around more things

Than I care to admit

QUESTIONS OF FAITH!

 

But with the Holy Father God=and Jesus

And their LOVE=I dusted myself off

Got back up=and

FOUND myself all over again=IN LOVE

 

In The Holy Father’s LOVE=and the love of Jesus-Mary-and Joseph=and the HOLY FAMILY

As well as=MY VERY OWN FAMILY
