TRYING TO UNDERSTAND=

The WAYS OF GOD

 

There used to be a SAYING=

“WALK a mile=in my shoes”

 

And that really is=

THE WAY that it is=we really

NEED TO BE=in another’s situation=BEFORE

We can UNDERSTAND their thinking

 

For that reason=ALONE

NONE OF US=will ever

Really truly UNDERSTAND GOD

 

“’For my thoughts=are NOT your thoughts

Nor are your ways=MY WAYS’=says the Lord”                                                                          Isaiah 55:8

 

Job TRIED to=put himself

On par=with God=and found out

THE HARD WAY=he was NOT God

He lost everything 

 

I have LOST=everything in this life too=

OVER and over again

God’s ways are NOT OUR WAYS

TRYING TO UNDERSTAND=

The ways of our God

 

“You asked=’WHO is this

That obscures=my plan without knowledge?’

 

Surely I spoke=of things

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND=things

Too wonderful=for me to know”                                                                                             Job 42:3

 

“I run=in the path

Of your commands=for you

Have broadened=MY UNDERSTANDING”                                                                                 Psalm 119:32

 

“The beginning of wisdom=is this=

Get wisdom=Though it cost=all you have

GET UNDERSTANDING”                                                                                                       Proverbs 4:7

 

Our Holy Father God=and Jesus

Give us=the COMMANDMENTS and teachings=

How can we UNDERSTAND them=for we are

NOT the originators=we are=the followers

 

Our God =has a VAST UNDERSTANDING

He knows all things=our knowledge is LIMITED

His perspective=is GREATLY SUPERIOR to ours

TRYING TO UNDERSTAND=

The WAYS of God

 

“…….they may be ever seeing

But never perceiving=and ever hearing

BUT NEVER UNDERSTANDING=otherwise

They might turn=and be forgiven”                                                                                Mark 4:12

 

“And the peace of God=which transcends

ALL UNDERSTANDING=will guard=your hearts

And your minds=In Christ Jesus”                                                                                     Philippians 4:7

 

We will=NEVER UNDERSTAND=the ways

Of our God=for HIS WAYS

Are not our ways=all

 

We can do is=READ SACRED SCRIPTURE

And spend time=IN PRAYER=opening=LIFTING

Our hearts=minds=and souls=to our God

 

And get as CLOSE=to the Father God and Jesus

As possible= and keep TRYING TO UNDERSTAND

The WAYS of God

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name of God=who is all knowing=and ALL UNDERSTANDING=

As our Holy Father God
