TRUSTING IN GOD'S MERCY
We live in
A RATINGS WORLD
Where we are
All rating ONE ANOTHER
On this=on that
On everything
We have APPS on our phones
We have "like," "tag," and
"Comment," on facebook
But God is NUMBER ONE
In my book=Jesus is
Number one in my book
They always get a
FIVE-STAR rating
From me
"........it will be
More tolerable
For the land of Sodom
On the day of judgment
Than for you"                                                                                                                                      Matthew 11:24
It may be WRONG
But sometimes we
Rate ourselves
By saying=
"At least I am
NOT as bad
As that guy or girl"
That is not much CONSOLATION=
WE are to be
GOOD LOVING CHRISTIANS
We are always to RESPOND
With the positive
And be KIND AND GOOD
"Trust in the Lord
And DO GOOD
Dwell in the land
And enjoy safe pasture"                                                                                                               Psalm 37:3
"A cheerful heart
Is GOOD MEDICINE
But a crushed spirit
Dries up the bones"                                                                                                                         Proverbs 17:22
"A GOOD MAN
Brings GOOD things
Out of the GOOD
Stored up in him
And an evil man
Brings evil things
Out of the evil
Stored up in him"                                                                                                                     Matthew 12:35
BE a good man or woman
Be a good Christian
DO GOOD with your life
And TRUST in the MERCY OF GOD
We Christians
Know that God loves us
"EVEN that guy or girl"=
Jesus loves EVERY PERSON
We are responsible for
Our actions=and on JUDGMENT DAY
We will be
Held accountable
So no matter
HOW WE RATE=in this world
We can NOT
Measure up
To the standards of God
But we can TRUST
IN GOD'S MERCY
If we are-
Truly sorry for our sins
"Whoever conceals their sins
Does not prosper
But the one
Who confesses
And renounces them
FINDS MERCY"                                                                                                                       Proverbs 28:13
"Blessed are the MERCIFUL
For they
Will be SHOWN MERCY"                                                                                                          Matthew 5:7
