ALIVE WITH POWER!

 

ALIVE WITH POWER!

There is so much VIOLENCE

In today's world=

But most of the time

It amounts to NOTHING

As far as

CHANGING THE WORLD

But the WORD OF GOD

Is different=

It CHANGES the world

It becomes=

ALIVE WITH POWER!

“Lord Jesus-receive my spirit'........

Now Saul=was consenting

To his execution” Acts 7:59: 8:1

We see where the

REAL POWER is=

In today's story of Stephen=

The first Christian martyr

Violence doesn't have

Any power over

The HEART of Stephen-

But the words of God

But the words of JESUS

CERTAINLY DO

And the violence doesn't

Have the power

To SEPARATE Saul

From the love of God

As we SEE later on

The LOVE of Stephen

Later PENETRATES Saul's soul

And turns him into

Becoming the Apostle Paul

ALIVE WITH POWER!

The word of God is

“After his suffering-

He presented himself-to them

And gave many convincing proofs

That he was ALIVE

He appeared to them

Over a period of forty days-

And spoke about

The kingdom of God” Acts 1:3

“In the same way-count yourselves

Dead to Jesus=

But ALIVE to God

In Christ Jesus” Romans 6:11

Wouldn't it have been great

To be ALIVE=

And see Stephen's passion

To see his vibrant emotion=

Where would we STAND-

With Stephen?=

Or watching and

Orchestrating the stoning

Stephen died=but he

Was ALIVE WITH POWER!=

He was alive

With the Spirit of CHRIST!

“For as in Adam=all die

So in Christ-

All will be MADE ALIVE” 1 Corinthians 15:22

“For the word of God

IS ALIVE=and active

Sharper than any double-edged sword=

It penetrates=even to

Dividing soul and spirit=

Joints and marrow=

It judges the thoughts

And attitudes of the heart” Hebrews 4:12

Yes=Stephen enters

Into eternal life

By remaining=in LOVE AND TRUTH

Even when being stoned

Saul rejects Christ

But comes ALIVE later on

As Saul becomes the

GREAT CHRISTIAN APOSTLE Paul

God's word is

ALIVE WITH POWER!

As the stories of Jesus=

And Stephen and Paul clearly demonstrate

In Jesus' name=and in the LIVING POWER of the HOLY FATHER GOD!
