THE TRANSFORMATION OF HEART!
Today we read about SAUL=
And his continued PERSECUTION
Of the CHURCH
But we know in/BECAUSE
Of subsequent chapters=
That the Lord
TRANSFIGURES the heart
Os Saul into Paul
ALL things are possible=
The TRANSFIGURATION-
Of Saul's heart into Paul's
How about the transfiguration
Of our own hearts=
Into kind-loving
CHRISTIAN HUMAN BEINGS
“Saul meanwhile
Was trying to DESTROY
The church
Entering house after house
And DRAGGING out men and women=
He handed them
OVER for imprisonment” Acts 8:3
Saul had been present
At the STONING of Stephen
While witnessing=to Stephen' martyrdom
Seemed to indicate Saul's APPROVAL
Of the stoning=
Because they laid their cloaks
At the feet of Saul
But Saul is TRANSFIGURED
Into Paul=
The greatest CHRISTIAN EVENGELIST
Of all time
All things are POSSIBLE=
If Saul can be transfigured=
We can be
TRANSFIGURED TOO
“There he was
TRANSFIGURED before them
He was shone
Like the sun=and his clothes
Became as white
As the light” Matthew 17:2
The transfiguration=THE CHANGING
Of our hearts=like Paul=into love
BEING new Christian man and women
All over the world
The changing=the TRANSFIGURING
Of our hearts for God
“The Lord has sworn
And will not
CHANGE his mind” Psalm 110:4
“If you really CHANGE
Your ways=and your actions
And deal with
Each other justly........” Jeremiah 7:5
“And he said
'Truly I tell you
Unless you CHANGE
And become like little children
You will never
Enter into the kingdom of heaven'” Matthew 18:3
We KNOW for certain
That Saul later
Had a CHANGE OF HEART
And became Paul=
The greatest CHRISTIAN EVANGELIST
Of all time
He became one of
FAITH'S most passionate disciples
What a great PRIVILEGE=to
KNOW THAT God can change
Our human hearts=
IF we just COOPERATE with him
God can TRANSFORM our hearts
Transform us into=GREAT CHRIST FOLLOWERES
In Jesus' name=and in the name=of the HOLY FATHER!=who makes all things POSSIBLE
