THAT DEEP FAMILY CONNECTION!

 

Pope Francis called

The month of June

THE MONTH OF FAMILIES!

 

Along that line

I have been SENDING OUT

My poem=”A FAMILY IS”

And I hope to do continue to do that

For the next SEVERAL MONTHS

 

But today=WE CELEBRATE

The MOTHER of our God

And Savior Jesus Christ

The Mother of

THE HOLY FAMILY!

 

We HONOR Mary=who along with Joseph

Raised our Jesus

 

“Pour our YOUR HEART

Like water=

In the presence=Of the Lord”                                                                                                Lamentations 2:19

 

There is no relationship

No connection=like that of

The one

BETWEEN A MOTHER=and her child

I will ATTEST to that

I am sure=my two sisters

Will too=A FANTASTIC MOTHER

And a wonderful Father

THAT DEEP FAMILY CONNECTION!

 

That Deep Family Connection!

From my own family

From Jesus-Mary-and Joseph

Is what

LIVES IN MY HEART!

 

“Honor your father-

And your MOTHER

 

So that you may

Live long

In the land =your God

Is giving you”                                                                                                                          Exodus 20:12

 

“May your father=

And your Mother rejoice

 

May she=

Who gave you birth=be joyful”                                                                                   Proverbs 23:25

 

I am comforted-

By the strength=MARY SHOWED

In raising her FAMILY

During difficult times

She is THE MOTHER=of all mothers

THAT DEEP FAMILY CONNECTION!

 

My MOM (and dad)

Brought me up be

CLOSE=to God and Jesus

They were shining EXAMPLES

For me=during tough times

THAT DEEP FAMILY CONNECTION!

 

Because of them

I see God=in our world

But Mary=Jesus=and Joseph

SET the example for them

For ALL OF US

 

Mary was first=Jesus’ leader

Then his follower

His number ONE FOLLOWER

THAT DEEP FAMILY CONNECTION!

That Holy Family!

 

“He must manage-

HIS OWN FAMILY WELL=

And see

That his children=obey him

 

And he must do so

In a manner=worthy

Of full respect”                                                                                                      1 Timothy 3:4

 

Today we HONOR MARY

And the Holy Family

For the=DEEP SPIRITUAL CONNECTION!

That they are=for us

 

WHEN life’s difficult moments

THREATEN your family=

Turn to MARY=and the HOLY FAMILY

For=THAT DEEP SPIRITUAL CONNECTION!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name of=THE HOLY FAMILY of God our Father!
