THE POWER OF GOD!
The life of Jesus
Shows us
THE POWER OF GOD!
In all things
All creation=the very BEGINNINGS
Of life=are set by God
The book of GENESIS
Tells us that
The life of Jesus=shows us
God is truly present
And that he is INFINITE
And that his love is VERY REAL
THE POWER OF GOD!
“Then he got up-
Rebuked the winds
And the sea=
And there was great calm
The men were amazed
And said=
‘What sort of man
Is this
Whom even the WINDS
AND SEA OBEY?’”
Matthew
8:26-27
God is NOT-
Jesus is not=CONFINED
By time and space
As God gives us
The great gift of himself
THE POWER OF GOD!
“Proclaim the=POWER OF GOD=
Whose majesty=is over Israel
WHOSE POWER=
Is in the heavens”
Psalm 68:34
“See the Sovereign Lord
COMES WITH POWER
And he rules-
With a mighty arm” Isaiah
40:10
“Jesus replied’=
‘You are in error-
Because you do not know
The Scriptures=or
THE POWER OF GOD’”
Matthew 22:29
WHEN the storm rose
At sea=Jesus exercised his POWER
To protect the disciples
And reveal himself=to them
EVERY TIME=we receive
The body and blood
Of Jesus Christ=
He REVEALS himself to us
AND REMINDS US
Of his power=over all creation
THE POWER OF GOD!
WHO is this God
Who reveals himself
In miracles=and in
The daily smallness=and ordinariness
Of life
EACH and every life
Jesus is=God is
The power=the power
OVER ALL CREATION=
The power over-
Life and death=THE POWER OF GOD!
“For I am NOT ASHAMED
Of the gospel=because it is
THE POWER OF GOD……..”
Romans 1:16
Our God=Our Jesus=
Their love=their POWER
LIVES in us=EVERY DAY
Of our lives
Let us live=loving and WITNESSING
The POWER OF GOD!=
Every day of our lives
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ALL POWERFUL=Holy
Father God!
