OUR VERY SELVES!

 

OUR VERY SELVES!

 

WHERE do you get your FAITH?=

A lot of it=has been PASSED DOWN

To us=By our FAMILY=our CHURCHES=

Our pastors=and from friends=I SUGGEST

 To you=that that is TRUE

But in the end it depends

ON OUR VERY SELVES!

 

We develop=our MESSAGES from God

By our faith experiences=by ALL

We come into contact with=and

OUR VERY SELVES!

 

“With such affection for you=We were determined

To SHARE with you=NOT only the Gospel of God=but

OUR VERY SELVES=as well……..”                                                                                               1 Thessalonians 2:8

 

I know the GOOD Saint Paul=KNEW

Exactly what he was=Talking about=ALL

Of the bible=has been=AN INFLUENCE

On me too

 

The OLD TESTAMENT=and Abraham=Moses=David

And so on =and on and on

 

And the New Testament=specifically Jesus=and

The apostles=Saint Paul=and the continuing Saints

Canonized saints=and uncanonized=all go

INTO making us who we are

 

They all make us=as well as

OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES=into

Making us who we are=

OUR VERY SELVES!

 

“Remember your leaders=who spoke

The WORD of God=to you=Consider

THE OUTCOME=of their way of life

And imitate their faith”                                                                                                             Hebrews 13:7

 

“For it is time=for judgment

To begin=with God’s household

And if

 

It begins with us=What will

THE OUTCOME BE=for those

Who do not obey the Gospel

Of God?”                                                                                                                              1 Peter 4:17

 

MANY of those mentioned=Preached-

Taught-and SHARED

The good news of God and Jesus=to us

 

But in the end=what we BECOME

DEPENDS on=our very selves=and the opinions=

Attitudes and actions we express

 

It is our duty=our obligation

TO SHARE=the good news of God

And Jesus=to others

 

“How beautiful on the mountains=

Are the feet=of those=who bring us

THE GOOD NEWS…….”                                                                                                                    Isaiah 52:7

 

“The time has come’=he said

The kingdom of God=has come near=

Repent=and believe THE GOOD NEWS!’”                                                                             Mark 1:15

 

God has given me=THE CHANCE

To SHARE=the good news OF LOVE=

With all=and all of you

 

For in the end=our ATTITUDES=about

God and love=depend on us

OUR VERY SELVES!

 

BELIEVE the Good news=God and Jesus Christ

LIVE=in you and me

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of OUR FORVER LIVING=forever loving=Holy Father God
