WE ALL=NEED THAT COURAGE

 

 

 

 

 

 

WE ALL=NEED THAT COURAGE          

 

It TAKES COURAGE=it takes faith=to BELIEVE               

IN someone or something=We cannot see our Jesus

Or=OUR HOLY FATHER GOD=but they HAVE THE POWER

To change lives=we just NEED TO HAVE=THE COURAGE=to

Reach out

 

There used to be=an old advertising slogan=that went=”REACH

OUT=and touch someone”=That is the story for today=about a

WOMAN=who had been diseased for twelve years

“She said to herself’=’If I can only TOUCH his cloak=I shall

Be cured’=Jesus turned around and saw her=and said=’COURAGE-

Daughter=Your faith has saved you’”                                                                                                Matthew 9:21-22

 

We may not be ABLE to touch Jesus today=but we can STILL REACH OUT

For his heart=for his mind=for his KIND LOVING TOUCH and soul=

In our lives=WE ALL=NEED THAT COURAGE!

We all=need THAT FAITH!

 

REACH OUT=with COURAGE=and touch the Lord=like the

Woman today did

“Saul also=went to his home=in Gibeah=accompanied by valiant men=

Whose hearts=GOD HAD TOUCHED”                                                                                            1 Samuel 10:26

 

“People brought all their sick=to him and begged him to=

Let the sick=Just TOUCH the edge of his cloak=and all who

TOUCHED it=were healed”                                                                                                                     Matthew 14:36

 

I have NEVER TOUCHED Jesus=but I know the POWER of

The Holy Father God and Jesus=for they LIFTED me out of

DEATH’S DOOR=all those years ago=WE ALL+NEED THAT COURAGE!

To ask the Lord=for our miracles=we just NEED TO ASK

 

In today’s story=of the SICK WOMAN=Jesus REASSURES US=all

MIRACLES come from him=and the POWER of the=Holy Father God=

Don’t be afraid to ask=WE just NEED THAT COURAGE

“BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS=Do not be afraid=or terrified

Because of them=for the Lord your God=goes with you=He will

Never leave you=or forsake you”                                                                                                      Deuteronomy 31:6

 

“Be strong=and COURAGEOUS=because you will lead these people=

To inherit the land=I swore to their ancestors=to give them”                                                     Joshua 1:6

 

“The following night=The Lord stood near Paul=and said=

‘TAKE COURAGE!=As you have testified about me=in Jerusalem

So you must also testify in Rome’”                                                                                                     Acts 23:11

 

And so my friends=CONTINUE to REACH OUT=for the Lord=

With COURAGE=never doubt his WAYS OF LOVE=that he has

For you=and that HE WILL RESPOND to you=just like

With the woman today=in the GOSPEL

 

Dear Lord=we pray that you HELP US=to have FAITH=and to

Keep on REACHING OUT to you=with COURAGE=for

WE ALL=NEED THAT COURAGE!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our EVER LOVING=ever living=ever

FAITH SUSTAINING=Holy Father God!
