CREATED=TO LEAN ON GOD
LORD KNOWS we all
Have enough problems
In this world=
ALL OF US
Particularly with Covid and
The racial and political divisions
In this world=
We were CREATED
TO LEAN ON GOD
"I am sunk
In the abysmal swamp
Where there is
NO FOOTHOLD=
I have reached
The watery dephths-
The flood OVERWHELMS ME" Psalm 69:3
IF you have lived
LONG ENOUGH=we all have
Gone through periods
Where life
Seems to overwhelm us
When we come to
THE END
Of our very own capacity=
We CRY out to God
To HELP US
Sometimes it is
So difficult
To HOLD it all together=
Sometimes=no matter what
We are up against
It just seens like
Our life=is FALLING APART
CREATED TO LEAN ON GOD!=
Crying out to God
For HELP
"Trust in the Lord
With all your heart
And LEAN not
On your own understanding" Proverbs 3:5
"I will strengthen you
And HELP YOU-
I will uphold you
With my righteous right hand" Isaiah 41:10
"Immediately=the boy's father
Exclaimed=
'I do believe=
HELP ME overcome my unbelief'" Mark 9:24
So if you are
At the end
OF YOUR ROPE=
Don't be ashamed
Don't be afraid
To CRY OUT to God
FOR HELP
We have all been there!
Like the psalmist
We can pray
For a time of FAVOR
We can just know
That God is
WORKING in our best interests
That he is
Working to put us
BACK TOGETHER
"Peter turned and saw
That the disciple=whom Jesus loved
Was following
(This was the one =who LEANED back
Against Jesus at the Last Supper and said........)" John 21:20
So take a DEEP BREATH=
Let the Father God
REVIVE YOU=LEAN ON HIM
He is putting your priorities
And your passions
Back in orde
WE were CREATED=TO
LEAN ON GOD
When we go through difficult times
The HOLY FATHER!-
Gives us constant HELP and KINDNESS
As does the Lord Jesus
