RESPONDING TO THOSE IN NEED
Jesus didn't care If
You were rich=poor=FAMOUS=
Or a nobody=he responded to
THOSE IN NEED!
We may NOT be able
To perform MIRACLES=
But we can still DO
What we can-
For those who are IN NEED
"........an official came forward-
Knelt down before him
And said=
'My daughter
Has just DIED'........
A woman SUFFERING
From hemorrhages for twelve years
Came up behind him
And touched
The tassel of his cloak" Matthew 9:18, 20
Jesus RESPONDED to
Both of them=
He responds to all
Of us today=who are
STILL IN NEED
He may not
Give us an OUTRIGHT MIRACLE=
But he gives us
WHAT we need
To get by
No he=doesn't respond
To us=for
Who we are=or who
We are not
He responds to us
By how MUCH FAITH
WE have
And how great are our needs
"Do not be like them
For your Father knows
What you NEED
Before you ask him" Matthew 6:8
"The Lord
Will guide you always=
He will
SATISFY YOUR NEEDS
In a sun-scorched land
And will strengthen your frame" Isaiah 58:11
"And my God
Will meet =ALL YOUR NEEDS
According to the riches
Of his glory
In Christ Jesus" Philippians 4:19
Jesus was NOT IMPRESSED
By the official=
And he wasn't put off
By the woman
Who touched him
He simply SAW THE NEED
And responded to the FAITH=
Something we should all do
WHEN I was 22
And next to death=
And had no earthly help
Jesus responded to my faith
And he has been
DOING SO=in more ways
Than you know
Through all kinds of people
"He will RESPOND
To the prayer
Of the destitute=
He will=not despise their plea" Psalm 102:17
So KEEP THE FAITH=
When you ask Jesus
For something
You really need
Dear Lord=help us to SEE=
To be=just like our Jesus
In Jesus' name=and in the name=of our ever RESPONDING HOLY FATHER!
