GOD IS STILL THERE!
(Seeing the BIGGER PICTURE)
The last year and a half
Have been a TIME
Of great suffering
COVID has takeb so much
AWAY-from us=but GOD
Has still been there=
And he is ALWAYS THERE
Particularly in times
Of suffering
"But now........do NOT
Reproach yourselves
For having sold me there=
It was really
For the sake=of SAVING LIVES
That God has sent me
Ahead of you" Genesis 45:5
How many of us
Like Joseph=can LOOK BACK
At the difficult times
Of our life?
See the SUFFERING
And see the BIGGER PICTURE
Joseph could=I hope you
And me CAN TOO=
GOD IS STILL THERE
During the difficult times
GOD is there
Especially during the
DIFFICULT TIMES=Look back
At your past=and see
HOW TRULY PRESENT God was=
How present Jesus was
During these times
Looking for the BLESSING
In my life=
OUR LIVES
"I will make them
And the places
Surrounding my hill
A BLESSING
I will send down
Showers in season=
Therewill be
SHOWERS OF BLESSING" Ezekiel 34:26
"BLESSINGS CROWN=the head
Of the righteous
But violence overwhelms
The mouth of the wicked" Proverbs 10:6
I wish I could GO BACK
And stop the coming
Of COVID 19=I wish I could bring back
EVERY single life
That has been lost
But I still see
That God was PRESENT
I still see=the BLESSING
That I stayed in CONTACT
With my family and friends=
In many ways=it gave us
A BOND=
And brought us
CLOSER than ever=even though
WE couldn't see each other
It gave me A LONGING
For their presence=and
An even DEEPER longing
For Jesus' presence
And the EUCHARIST
"BLESSED are those
Who have learned
To acclaim you
Who walk in the light
Of your PRESENCE=Lord" Psalm 89:15
But I am reminded
That GOD IS STILL THERE=
And I can see the PRESENCE
Of God=WORKING through us
In all the difficult times
So BELIEVE ME=when I
Tell you=GOD IS STILL THERE
And he is a BLESSING
Look for the BIGGER PICTURE=can
You see GOD'S PRESENCE
In today's world?
In Jesus' name=and in the name of our ever PRESENT GOD!
