WE NEED TO=COME TO JESUS TOO!
Today we read about
The HEALING of a
Paralyzed man
In a dramatic
And unusual way
ENVISION THIS!
Jesus is PREACHING
To a houseful of people
With more people
CROWDED OUTSIDE
“They CAME=bringing to him
A paralytic-
CARRIED by four men”
Mark 2:3
Four men come to Jesus
CARRYING a paralytic man
On a mat
They MANEUVER through the crowd
Reach the house
And rip up
A large section=OF THE ROOF
Jesus continues preaching
THROUGH IT ALL
The man is LOWERED
To the floor=Jesus forgives him
Heals him
And sends him=on his way
OUR EFFORTS=may not be
As dramatic=but we
All NEED TO COME
TO JESUS TOO!
For healing and forgiveness
WE NEED TO
COME TO JESUS TOO!
“Then David said
To the Philistine
‘You COME at me
With a sword
And with a spear
And a shield
But I COME to you
In the name
Of the Lord of hosts
The God of the armies
Of Israel-
Whom you hast defied’”

Samuel 17:45
“COME to me
All you that labor
And are heavy laden
And I will give your rest”
Matthew 11:28
We all need
To COME TO JESUS!
Whatever we need to
FIGHT THROUFGH=
Whatever obstacles
We need to overcome=
We need to
GO TO JESUS
For his love=and his help
We need Jesus now
MORE than ever=our FAITHFUL GOD!
WHAT do you see
In this story?
We see FAITH
In the action
Of the four roof climbers
We see faith too
In the PARALYZED MAN
We all need such faith
When we NEED TO COME TO Jesus=
In whatever way that we can
It is VITAL
To TRUST in Jesus=it is vital
To trust in the Lord
In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our ever
FAITH-FILLED=HEALING=Holy Father God
