Who are YOUR MODELS

OF FAITH=in this world?

 

You can’t go wrong

With Jesus=he had

PERFECT FAITH=PERFECT LOVE!

 

I also had my mother=and father=

My Uncle John=and many other

Family members and friends=as well

As some priests growing up

 

“LORD=I am NOT WORTHY

To have you=under my roof”                                                                                                Matthew 8:8

 

SOUND FAMILIAR=it should

It is mentioned

IN every Catholic Mass

That has=even been said

 

The FAITH of this CENTURION

This Gentile=astounded Jesus

How about you?

Have you ever astounded anyone

WITH YOUR FAITH?

MODELS OF FAITH!

You can be=A MODEL of faith too

 

“And so you became

A MODEL=to all the believers

In Macedonia and Achaia”                                                                                            1 Thessalonians 1:7

 

“We did this=

Not because

 

We did not have the right

To such help=but in order

To offer ourselves

 

AS A MODEL

For you to imitate”                                                                                                        2 Thessalonians 3:9

 

There are MANY

For you to ACT=AS A MODEL for

In today’s world

WITH YOUR FAITH

 

Your brothers and sisters

Your friends=ALL those

Whose life you touch

MODELS OF FAITH!

 

“Then he touched their eyes

And said=

 

‘According TO YOUR FAITH

Let it be done to you’=and

Their sight was restored”                                                                                                Matthew 9:29

 

“…….know that a person

Is not justified=by the works

Of the law

 

BUT BY FAITH

In Jesus Christ”                                                                                                                 Galatians 2:16

 

JUST LOOK

At some of the OTHER MODELS

OF FAITH=from the bible

 

THE CENTURION=the tax collector=

The good thief=the apostles

And the MODERN DAY SAINTS

Both canonized

And those who are not

 

We don’t have to

DO GREAT THINGS

To be=A MODEL OF FAITH!

With our life

 

Just live with HUMILITY=and

Live with love=forgiveness

And kindness

And be an EXAMPLE

For someone=IN YOUR LIFE

BE=MODELS OF FAITH!=just like

The centurion was

 

In Jesus’ EXAMPLE=and in that=of our EVER LIVING and loving=Holy Father God!
