GIVING BACK TO GOD

I USED to be

A FINANCIAL PLANNER and work

In the stock market

My job was to BRING PEOPLE

The highest possible RETURN ON INVESTMENT (ROI)

For their money

In MANY WAYS=my job is

The SAME TODAY=to HELP PEOPLE

Bring the=their highest ROI 

For God=to help people USE their TALENTS=

NOT waste them

“'........so out of fear

I went out and BURIED your talent

In the ground

HERE it is back'

His MASTER said to him=in reply=

'You wicked-lazy servant!........

Should you not then

have put my money in the bank

So that I

COULD have got it back

With interest-on my RETURN?'”                                                                            Matthew 25:25-27

So this LIFE is about LEARNING

To GIVE BACK to God

And OTHERS=using our talents

To make this world

A BETTER PLACE

GIVING BACK TO GOD=

AND OTHERS

“The PRECEPTS of the Lord

Are right

GIVING JOY-to the heart

The commands of the Lord

Are radiant

GIVING LIGHT to the eyes”                                                                                          Psalm 19:8

“A person finds joy

In GIVING

An apt reply-----

And how good

Is a TIMELY WORD”                                                                                      Proverbs 15:23

“........so that your GIVING

May be in SECRET

Then your Father

Who sees what

Is done in secret

Will REWARD YOU”                                                                                              Matthew 6:4

Of course=we don't give to

Get back=but our LORD=

ALWAYS gives us back=MORE

Than what we can ever give

LET us take a CLOSER look

At today's parable

A wealthy man goes on a trip-

TWO of the servants=

DOUBLE their investment

The third one BURIES IT=and doesn't

Even get interest=for his MASTER

THIS is a parable 

About laziness=about NOT USING

Your life=to GIVE BACK TO GOD

And to OTHERS

This is a PARABLES about

USING our lives for the BENEFIT

Of this world=about

GIVING something back=a ROI

(RETURN ON INVESTMENT) to God

“If you RETURN

To the ALMIGHTY

You will be RESTORED

If you remove wickedness

FAR from your tent”                                                                                               Job 22:23

“What shall

I RETURN to the Lord

For all his GOODNESS

To me?”                                                                                                              Psalm 116:12

Dear Lord=THANK YOU

For ALL the gifts

You have given us

We look to RETURN to you

To GIVE BACK TO GOD

The GIFT of our lives=

Through our talents

HELP us to do just that=and be

NOT AFRAID and bury our talents

In the NAME of Jesus OUR LORD=

And his MOST HEAVENLY FATHER
