PLANTED TO GROW=IN US

 

Jesus was=JUST NOT

Exercising his mouth=WHEN

He gave us

 

THE WORD OF GOD=he gave it to us

FOR A REASON=and it was

For it=to grow in us=to LIVE IN US

PLANTED=TO GROW=IN US

 

“Hear then=THE PARABLE

Of the sower”                                                                                                                     Matthew 13:18

 

Jesus saw the FARMERS=scattering

The seed=and used this as a METAPHOR

For the WORD OF GOD

 

Jesus’ words=GOD’S WORDS

PLANTED TO GROW IN US

 

The SEEDS=in this parable=OF THE SOWER

Is the good news=it is

THE WORDS of wisdom=of God

To be spread=ALL OVER THE WORLD

 

And to PRODUCE A HARVEST

In us=a harvest=of=love and peace

PLANTED TO GROW=IN US

 

“Then he said=to his disciples’=

‘THE HARVEST is plentiful=

But the workers are few

 

Ask the Lord=OF THE HARVEST

Therefore=to send out workers

Into his harvest field’”                                                                                                          Matthew 9:37-38

 

“Don’t you have a saying’=

‘It’s still four months till HARVEST?’

I tell you=open your eyes=

And look at the fields=they are

RIPE FOR HARVEST”                                                                                                          John 4:35

 

Jesus went on=to EXPLAIN

The parable to us

 

He tells us that

THE WORD OF GOD=is pure

And is sacred and POWERFUL

 

Just IMAGINE=God living in you

If you=are=living off this=WORD OF GOD

This WORD=of God =is to be

PLANTED TO GROW=IN US

 

“……..to teach you

That man does not live

Off bread alone

 

BUT ON EVERY WORD=that comes from

The mouth=Of the Lord”                                                                                           Deuteronomy 8:3

 

“Bu how can a young person=stay on

The path of purity?=by living

ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD”                                                                              Psalm 119:9

 

“Do not=merely

Listen to the WORD=and deceive yourselves

Do what it says”                                                                                                            James 1:22

 

So read the WORD of God=Daily

But LIVE=the Word of God

Daily too

 

THE WORD of God=is to be read

To BE thought about=and to

Be mulled over=and then

PUT INTO PRACTICE

 

It is there to be PLANTED=

In our heart=in our minds=and

IN our souls=with LOVE

PLANTED TO GROW=IN US

 

In Jesus’ name==and in the name=AND ON THE WORD=of our FOREVER LIVING and loving

Holy Father God!
