MAKING LIFE-GIVING CHOICES

 

WHEN I was on=my death bed=when I was 22

GOD made a choice=and gave me ALL

These extra years of LIFE

 

God is THE LIVING GOD=He is

The GOD OF LIFE=he CHOOSES LIFE=for us all

It is human beings=who screw it all up

MAKING LIFE-GIVING CHOICES

 

“This day=I call the heavens=and the earth

As witnesses=against you=that I have set before you

LIFE=and death=blesses and curses=NOW CHOOSE LIFE

So that=You and your children may live”                                                                              Deuteronomy 30:19

 

We all=MAKE CHOICES=in life=some are GOOD

And some are bad=we should be TRYING to

Choose good=for all of us=or at least=MOST OF US

MAKE LIFE-GIVING CHOICES

 

A lot of us= just have=OUR OWN SELFISH INTERESTS

At heart=we don’t choose the BEST for us=we don’t

Make life-giving choices for ourselves=for our family=and

For the world =We need TO DO BETTER

MAKE GOOD LIFE-GIVING CHOICES!

 

“I establish my covenant with you=Never again

WILL all life be destroyed=by the waters=of a flood

NEVER again=will there be a flood to

Destroy the earth”                                                                                                       Genesis 9:11

 

“You make known to me=THE PATH OF LIFE=You

Will fill me=with joy=in your presence=with eternal pleasures

At your right hand”                                                                                                          Psalm 16:11

 

“For those who find me=FIND LIFE=and

Receive favor from the Lord”                                                                                   Proverbs 8:35

 

It is great to=LIVE our life for fun=It is great

To live for ourselves=But when we do that=it comes

WITH GREAT COST

 

For what type of person=Takes someone else’s DIGNITY

What type of person=CHOOSES things=that cause evil=

For another person=We have to NOT only live for ourselves=

BUT for God and for all others=MAKE LIFE GIVING CHOICES

For yourselves and for others=Cause NO HARM for

Anyone else=or ever take a LIFE

 

“Therefore=I tell you=do not worry=ABOUT YOUR LIFE

What you will eat or drink=or about your body=what you

Will wear

 

IS NOT LIFE=more than food?=and the body

More than clothes?”                                                                                                                    Matthew 6:25

 

“For even the=Son of Man=did not come

To be served=but to serve=and

GIVE HIS LIFE=as a ransom for many”                                                                                Mark 10:45

 

“He was delivered=over to death=for our sins-and

Was=RAISED TO LIFE=for our justification”                                                                         Romans 4:25

 

Our Holy Father God=PROVED he was

THE GOD OF LIFE=when he brought HIS ONLY SON

Back to life=and he wants us=TO CHOOSE LIFE too

And=MAKE LIFE-GIVING CHOICES and decisions

In this world=And so my dear friends

 

CHOOSE GOD and LOVE=choose LIFE

In your interactions with others=and

MAKE LIFE-GIVING CHOICES!

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=0f our FOREVER LIVING

Holy Father God=forever loving God=who is=THE GREAT SUSTAINER OF LIFE!
