OUR MISSION=TO BE OF SERVICE TO OTHERS

 

OUR MISSION

(To be of COMPLETE SERVICE=to others)

 

Did you ever NOTICE=some of

JESUS’ QUALITIES=from his life?

The CARRYING of approachability=compassion

FOR OTHERS=and his patience=as well as

HIS WILLINGNESS = to be OF COMPLETE SERVICE

To others

 

“They scurried about=the surrounding country

And began=to bring THE SICK on mats

To wherever=they heard he was”                                                                                          Mark 6:56

 

Jesus was nothing=If not of

COMPLETE SERVICE TO OTHERS=that is to be

OUR MISSION TOO!

Jesus listened=Jesus healed=Jesus was a LEADER

Of men=and COMPASSIONATE to women=he was there

To be=of COMPLETE SERVICE to others=that is

OUR MISSION TOO!

 

“SERVE wholeheartedly=as if you were

SERVING the Lord=not people=Because you know

 

The Lord=will reward=each one=for whatever good

They do=whether they are slave or free”                                                                           Ephesians 6:7-8

 

“……..since you know=That you will receive

An inheritance=from the Lord=as a reward

It is the Lord Christ=YOU ARE SERVING”                                                                       Colossians 3:24

 

Today’s gospel=is an INTERESTING story=It begins

With the BOAT=crossing the water=and docking

 

Jesus steps=out of the boat=and

The people search=to BRING ALL

Their sick to him

 

They just try to TOUCH him=to be

HEALED=and many are=dear Lord we PRAY

You were so APPROACHABLE=and you had

Such OUTSTANDING QUALITIES=like compassion

And patience=as well as the

WILLINGNESS to help others

 

Help us to make that=OUR MISSION TOO=and

DEVELOP those same qualities=to help others

So we can be=OF COMPLETE SERVICE to others too

The way that you were

 

“I have told you this=so that my joy

May be in you=and that your joy=MAY

BE COMPLETE”                                                                                                                         John 15:11

 

“However I consider my life=worth nothing

To me=my only aim=is to finish the race

AND COMPLETE=the task

 

The Lord=has given me=--------the task

Of testifying=to the good news=of God’s grace”                                                              Acts 20:24

 

And that is=OUR MISSION

To TESTIFY to=the GOOD NEWS=of the Lord

And to be=OF HELP=to all others=that we can

 

To be of COMPLETE SERVICE=to this world

Dear Lord=HELP us to see the NEED of others=and

To be of SERVICE to you=and this world

 

OUR MISSION=is to SERVE Jesus=OUR HOLY FATHER

God in heaven=and ALL OTHERS

 

In Jesus’ name=and in the name=of our FOREVER SERVING=Holy Father God!
