DOING GOOD=IS=NEVER OUT OF STYLE

DOING GOOD=IS=
NEVER OUT OF STYLE


SOMEONE once said:
“Do ALL the good
That you can
For all the PEOPLE
That you can
As often as you CAN”


I couldn't agree more-
And that is what our Lord
And our mentor-Jesus-did


And as his FOLLOWERS
We should too


“In the SAME WAY-
Let your LIGHT-SHINE
Before others


That they may SEE
Your good deeds-
And GLORIFY your Father in heaven” Matthew 5:16


We may NOT be able
To HEAL the sick
Like Jesus did


But we sure CAN-VISIT-
the sick and the aged
We sure CAN-
Give some one a ride


And there ARE a million
KIND DEEDS we can do
In this world
To GLORIFY the Father


DOING GOOD-
NEVER GOES OUT OF STYLE


Do good for Jesus-and
Do GOOD for the Father


“TRUST in the Lord
And do good


Dwell in the land
And ENJOY safe pasture” Psalm 37:3


“WHOEVER seeks good-
Finds favor


But evil comes
To one-who-
Searches for it” Proverbs 11:27


“Likewise-every good tree-
BEARS GOOD FRUIT


But a bad tree
Bears bad fruit” Matthew 7:17


Do GOOD=be GOOD FRUIT=
It never goes out of style


In today's gospel-Jesus tells us-
To be salt and light
For the world


What could be MORE GOOD
Than that?


Jesus ENTRUSTS us with the GOSPEL=
The WORD unto us
And we are to be witnesses
To ALL the ends of the earth


In our words and in our actions


The SAINTS were great witnesses-
To God and to Christ
The ONE most recently-was-
Mother Teresa


You and I are NOT
Mother Teresa-but we can STILL
DO whatever we can-
For WHOEVER we can


That is OUR witness to God=
That is our WITNESS
To Christ=that is our witness
To LOVE and to EACH OTHER


We TOO can glorify God
With our actions and with our words




“GLORIFY the Lord with me
Let us EXALT his name together” Psalm 34:3


“He will GLORIFY ME
Because it is from me


That he will receive
What he will MAKE KNOWN to you” John 16:14


Dear Father=Dear Lord=
We will DO all the GOOD we can
For all the PEOPLE we can


To GLORIFY your name forever=for DOING GOOD
NEVER GOES OUT OF STYLE


LET God and Jesus BE GLORIFIED
