UNIFIED WITH CHRIST=Saint Agnes

UNIFIED WITH CHIST

I think MOST of us
God-loving=Jesus-loving people
TRY to live a life
IN UNION with him

NOT an easy thing=
To do=but I TRY
To do it

Loving God=loving my neighbor
Trying to FORGIVE all and
Live and FOLLOW the BEATITUDES

Living a live
UNIFIED with Christ

“SON though he was=
He learned obedience
From what he suffered

And when he was
MADE PERFECT
He became

The SOURCE
Of eternal salvation
For ALL who obey him” Hebrews 5:8-11

I think SUFFERING is a
GREAT TEACHER=it taught Jesus
How to be PERFECT

And it has taught me
To TRY and be
A better and better person

Jesus became PERFECT
And suffering has PROPELLED ME
To try and unify my life
With God=and with Jesus

I emphasize “TRY”=because
JESUS is the ONLY ONE
CAPABLE of UNIFYING his life
With the FATHER

“For if
We have been UNITED
With him
In a death like his

We will certainly also
Be UNITED with him
In a resurrection like his” Romans 6:5

It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY
That we will die a death
Like Jesus in SUFFERING

But we should TRY AND UNITE
With him in love
By living lives FULL
OF LOVE

The SAINTS are those
That come the CLOSEST
To living the MOST PERFECT
Lives of love

Today we CELEBRATE
The feast of Saint Agnes
A sweet lamb-CHILD
Of Rome

She REFUSED any love
In her life
BUT the LOVE OF CHRIST

She UNITED her love
With the life of JESUS

“How good and how pleasant
It is-
When God's people
Live together IN UNITY” Psalm 133:1

“........to be put into EFFECT
When the times
Reach their fulfillment--------

To bring UNITY
To all things
In heaven
And on earth=UNDER CHRIST” Ephesians 1:10

Saint Agnes is the
PATRON SAINT of young girls
And is a martyr
In LIVING her life for Christ

Let us all DIE a little bit
To ourselves=for God and
Jesus and LEARN through

Whatever SUFFERINGS
We have in life
To UNITE our lives
With God and Jesus

Let us BE UNITED with God
And Christ=in BOTH life and death
And live ETERNALLY with him

In Jesus' name
